Good stay with some very bad observations

I stayed from 24 to 28th September 2025 room no. 306.The room and services are very good but I have two very bad observations 1. The surrounding area under the compound wall of Hotel is very dirty full of debris visible ftom my rooms window. 2. We saw three to four rats eating the mouth freshner kept in the restaurant. The same mouth freshner was served to the costomers.

Personally I do not stay for a long time, so room issues are not major, very good quality of rooms, staff response is extraordinary, if you book with breakfast & lunch / dinner, they are personally call you for dinner breakfast if you missed or late, also they provide call for morning wake-up facility if u need, overall nice experiences sure recommend.

Room was very old, the mattress was not good. Bathroom commode was installed in such a way that you can't sit properly, the tap disturbed your leg while sitting. Food was ok. Doorbell was not working. Room lights were not good Won't stay here next time.

clean room,polite staffs but I opted additional services like welcome drink and all. I didn't get it, I think I was late checked-in so they will serve later but the answer was NO. Even when I talked at reception they answered - it was late checked in and now we can't serve. I asked for a refund of the charges but they also denied it
