Review Of Hotel O Raj Guest House

Once you reach at the location, the receptionist & hotel owner will ask you for more payment otherwise they will offer you very basic room. It's like an compartment & partition type of room. The room which they shows you in photos, they will never offer. If you still ask for the same room which they have shown in picture at the time of booking , for that they'll ask you for extra payment otherwise they will not offer the same room.

I am not satisfied this hotel and miss behaviour and 1 hour time waste in checking in issue

Asper booking Two AC classic rooms.But property owner provided very worst,NONAC rooms.Even ventilation is zero.Asked money,So contacted customercare.Given very useless reply Changing NON AC room also charged Amount. customer care also informed will return amount to same account but not yet happen
