Very Bad Experience... 3rd floor no lift and you have to buy a water bottle ... Towel worst, Door of the room is worst toilet no z spray available ufff.. 300 Rs cost for Z Spray but not available worst experience..

I would say overall bad experience. Toilet was not clean and not even closing properly, No hot water. Reception staff/owner was too slow during check in process and was busy on phone completely. It took almost half hour for me to check in .

Close to railway station. The rooms were clean. The hotel staff was courteous and efficient.

overall a bad experience , staff is non cooperative. rooms are too small hygiene issues may have problems.

Hotel Location was Next to Akola Railway Bus Station... the Room was very Dirty and below the Mark . I have travelled with alone. in the Room There is no facility Cooler only fan which I have to Manage. I have Requested to hotel Owner to keep at least one cooler in this Room.. he give me excuse... at least hotel owner should keep one Cooler in summer. only one option I have to changed the Hotel.... also I have lost Money....

Window glasses broken, bed bugs found, poor cleaning, staff not responding properly, horrible experience,

Hotel stay should be for 24 hours.

Room was not clean many mosquitos and khatmal there i m not sleep all night for this & bed sheets not clean and not towel available

They need to clean and keep dust free rooms other than everything everything was good.

Check out time is not good at 10am so please next time more than 12 pm is out.

Not good to stay as compare to charges

Dirty bad sheets, no lights in bathroom, no water, no toiletries
No one was using mask, no social distancing measure like there is no corona

Nice Hotel easy to reach and completable

Hotel is managed in the worst condition and few staffs behave badly when you raise concerns. You will get an AC room with a broken window, entire room will have only one plug point. Hot water comes only for an hour a day.

Worst hotel I have stayed ever in my life. Waited for an hour in lobby even after confirmation for early check in, No lift for 3rd floor too, very small rooms having poor quality bed and linen, very dirty toilet and no toiletries provided. Staff is non co operative and irresponsible as they had lost my baggage at the time of check out and searched it for half an hour. Very bad experience and not value for money. I’ll never recommend this hotel to anyone, as I got very much upset and disappointed while staying here.

Box type of small TV irritated every time, comod sit was broken, no maintenance basic facilities.

Broken taps of water. There is bat in room, which making noise. Mattress is too hard. There is plastic chair to sit in room. AC is not working. Fan is making noise. Food has no taste. Dirty rooms. Bad hotel, not to book.
