This hotel not open at that time, when we book this hotel on make my trip, their is no mention the open or close season period, we book this hotel with payment but when we reach their is no one. Even no reception office for further details or enquiries. No security guard also their.Unfortunately we have arranged other hotel near police station at chikhaldara at 10 pm. Hotel Dev Guru which which is open at that time.so that we want our refund which is 3913 rs.This is totally fraud with us from your site.

Location is very good. . So many visiting spots are in walking distance. But amenities for staying is not so advanced. Tourists wants easy availability of food and other desks. Behavior of the owner is heart touching which helped to forget all problems.

This was not a resort, and by no way was it a super deluxe room. I have been charged for a room with no service, no dining cafeteria. Anyone was coming, knocking and pushing my door at midnight for their requirements as there was not a single service staff. It was a terrifying experience for my family. Wall and ceiling were dampy. Bed was not good, no almirah, no towels. It nutshell it was a house only with good location. Caretakers are good people.

So when i visited the place, i was stunned as there is no reception, no staff, literally nothing. Its a guest house with an old man and his wife. They are the owners and will serve you. The rooms are pretty small the lower ones and the bathrooms are terrible. They shifted us a floor above where theres the best view the next day on our 2 nights stay. The care taker ( old man ) is nice though. I loved staying there even though the hotel is not really a hotel but a guest house, simply because the hotel is located at the highest peak of chikaldhara and view is absolutely amazing. There are 4 point near to the hotel, gawilgad fort, devi point, boating point and mozari point. If you want to enjoy chikaldhara please book this hotel, simply for the view

It's been a great experience, the owners were great helped a lot even they have provided the breakfast and snack as per requirement. Also they helped us to arrange the dinner which was homemade and extremely tasty highly recommended

It was a family trip, the location of the hotel is excellent. The staff behavior was decent. They don't have a complimentary service. But I will suggest providing atleast breakfast for the guest. The room was comfortable and the washroom was clean. I will surely recommend this property. Overall it was a comfortable stay over there.
