Review Of Corbett Paradiso Resort & Hotel

Resort amenities are very poor condition 1. Door key are stolen 2. gyser not working 3. tv not working 4. kettle not working 5. room was stinking 6. when i booked resort picture are good but actual is very bad condition

It was not good for the family as soon as the service was too late. If you order food, it took 1hr to 2hr.. also, there was no room maintenance

Missing basic amenities e.g. Drinking water bottle in room 3 No shower gel, shampoo, paste and other basic daily morning needs 4. 1-2 option only available in breakfast 5. First day i got room with broken toilet lock, TV and Freeze in room was not working 6. Swimming pool was almost not working first day, 2nd day started with dirty water 8. Broken out door furniture 9. Worst room service Half of my trip i was running behind hotel staff for basic amenities and literally begging Lot many , apart from room nothing was there its just that since i paid i continued With the amount i paid i could have booked much better property atlest 3 star but it was not even 1 star. Its completely waste of money and carelessness from make my trip

Rooms are not maintained properly. Wall paint is damaged, cleanliness was not upto the mark or as shown in photos while booking. Staff was helpful except few workers who were rude. Duck were swimming in pool also with humans. Food is fixed and on order. No buffet. However bedsheets and pillows were clean. Not value for money at all.

It was a great experience, with good food and a balanced diet. also nice rooms with required services

Good service and delicious food, the behaviour of the staff is very soft and excellent in service. Neet and clean rooms and resorts.

Room service is pathetic, intercom is not working, they have no people for room service, taking hours for food service, no resolution even after multiple requests. We are regretting that why we paid such an amount before. This hotel spoiled our experience totally

Very nice property. 5 minutes to the lake by walk. The rooms were neat and clean. Very cozy room. The staff were very decent and very welcoming and friendly. Eshwar was really helpful and informative. Really nice food and really really value for money. Really enjoyed our stay here.

It was an underrated experience and as per portray the hotel management was completely adverse. There was no water initially, i had to call out for the same and after a struggle of 45mins, it was fixed.

The service is very poor at the hotel, breakfast was not provided on time inspite of asking hotel staffs.

I had high hopes based in the inline pictures but reality is worse. It is noticeable lack of cleanliness. Walls are dirty & bed-sheets & pillow were another disappointment. I will add pictures. I would strongly advice against staying at this hotel.

The resort is very small, there is no garden, the swimming pool is not clean at all. This is not worth spending 5000 approx per night including meals. The washroom is stinky due to damp walls in the washroom as well as in the room

Property is average not well maintained rooms are also not upgraded. Space is limited inside for car parking food was ok

The rooms are below standard, dirty linen, shower not working & we kept clearing bugs/insects. We asked for sheets to be changed twice & both times got spotted, frayed & unclean sheets. Breakfast was again very bad. The tea was cold in a decanter and even order for fresh tea on payment wasn’t entertained by saying only buffet service is there. Ahh…I need to mention about the splash pool. where I saw a lady cleaning the dirty slippers of her children. The worst came during checkout when I learnt that the room for which I paid Rs. /- was available to walk-in travelers at Rs /- per night.

They have a small swimming pool to cool you down. Staff is spontaneous and good. Location is also good. Good for a short stay.

The stay was very satisfactory. The room was clean and nice. Moreover their staff was very well behaved and cooperative. The location of property is quite reachable. Overall experience of stay was excellent and memorable.

Reached at hotel approx 11. 40, they first denied for giving for two rooms despite of booking of two rooms by me and after half an hour they finally agreed & giving the two rooms but unfortunately both the room were located exactly opposite site around 100 m distance i requested please provide the both rooms nearby only but the counter staff denied so it's a totally disappoint for me even room services are also bad.

The room was pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Improve the washroom condition (water flowing inside washroom can be more simple) which will add another feather for the resort.

Good location, very nice and quiet place and not too far from dhangarhi gate. Service here is also very good. Nice and helpful staff.
