Place is okay for a solo traveller to spend the night for the money. Sleeping there at night is almost impossible cause the rooms are filled with mosquitos. This was my second stay and both of the times i couldn’t sleep. Also one of the senior staff member/owner was very rude. The old man accused me of keeping the taps open when i wasn’t in the room. That is complete slander. I was late for the checkout since i had an appointment but i had anyways packed my stuff for them to prep the room for the next arriving guests. My suitcase was thrown in some small dungeon and was full of dust when i picked it up. Also the time for checkout is very inconvenient, considering i had checked in late (3-4pm. If you have work in the morning i wouldn’t advise you to stay here.

O v e r a l l g o o d e x p e r i e n c e ! the location of the property is good. Property was well maintained and clean. Food was at a higher price.

Fraud people i did not stay. Even after promising refund they did not credit do not stay at this property

Everything was good, hygiene, connectivity, attitude, cab service, staff service, meals, in all actually a comfortable stay

Location is very much inside in a residential area. No inclination to provide any guidance. No service attitude.

We got two bottles of water and it wasn't sealed. the chair fabric was torn and sealed with tape. The owners aren't pleasant. There are too many restrictions. We were four of us wanting two rooms adjacent to each other and they provided us with one room on top floor and one on first. I'd recommend a place that's more heartwarming to say the least.

Mr chirag was a gracious host who went out of his way to accommodate us. The place was spotlessly clean. The location is within walking distance to the south extension metro station. Please go from the main road ( metro station side) and avoid the back narrow streets as our taxi could not go in and we walked for 10 mnts.

Location good neat and clean looking forward to visit again later not tried food so. Could not write about.

Llocation is good poor in amenities no one is there to carry your luggage upstairs fro m reception / car. No food or tea is served. No food is available in - house. Nor any restaurant available nearby. There is no parking space at all. Though check out time is mentioned at 12 noon, they took out all luggage at 10 am and dumped in a place where we saw bags are upside down and backpack containing laptop and bag with blanket were soaked with dirty water on the floor. We never experienced or expected such incident in any hotel in life.

Very nice place, ideal location, approx. 1km from aiims. Great hosts. The price could've been a little less.

I checked in on 15. 10. 2023 and check out on 19. 10. 2023. Actually it was not a hotel. Only a pg. There menu is very very expensive than a 5 star hotel. A cup of tea costs 80 rs. No room service. No pure water to drink even. Ac was of 10 year old, will stop itself when tired. Moreover the owner's son was so rude. I had my booking in two spells 15 th to 17 th and 18th and 19 th. Therefore there was no booking on 17 th. But i said that i will pay directly after my stay since i was far away and busy with official meeting. But they compelled me to come to my room and vacate for one day. I requested that i will send you money for time sake. But not agreed and i have to come within an hour from my meeting and to pay the money. This had caused me huge loss. However this rude attitude for customers doesn't seem fare.

The room is not spacious, the water system not good and very poor survicing. Poor hygiene, room not maintained properly. Very much disappointed.

Good choice for family trip. Neet and clean. Good service. Good location bengali sweets restaurant nearby assure you quality, delicious and traditional food. Round the clock room service

Great landlord who was very welcoming and made me feel at home and comfortable. I would definitely go back when i visit delhi again.

Bnb located inside colony of south ex 1 and close to uncle paratha if you like eating paratha all the time and bnb with no lift and food menu prices matching more to hotel not bnb and tea mediocre and room quality fine with locality close to dill i haat and kotla market. Not sure whether area good for 35 plus age people.

The air conditioning was interrupted, we don't know what happened, the owner told us, they have some electrical fault
