Awesome stay
It was a pleasant movement for us to spent time there. Staff was so nice. It was well arranged managed and totally professional. That place was so good. That was a great movement.

Feel homely, very neat and clean and spacious room. Toilets are spacious and neat and clean. Hot and cold water available. Behaviour of staff are very good. Staying there is very satisfactory. I will always prefer to stay here when in Kolkata

I visited the hotel, the behavior of the owner was very cooperative, the behavior of the staff was also supportive, got the room at at lower rate through MakeMyTrip, room had AC, good cooling, bed sheet was also clean, overall good experience.

Poor service
Very poor service. The manager didn't ask for even water. After we asked for that he said OK. But during entire stay of one day, no one came to provide us the same. The bathroom had a foul smell, we asked for Odonil, was assured. But no one provided. No breakfast was provided because the shop with which the hotel had tie up was closed wonder whether spending 70-80 Rs for 2 dosa was much more than keeping the guest hungry and agitated. In the morning no alternate was provided. The manager was wearing night dress at night, when I came back to hotel with my wife. Wonder, is it his a house or a hotel? I firmly believe he must wear a decent garments all the time. Also serious problem with car parking. Not Recommended at all.

businessThe hotel is good and value for money. The manager is very co operative. The problem with the hotel is no nearby restaurants and no food is available in the hotel
