the room was dusty, not cleaned, and had no bottles and tea set up. The receptionist was rude and gave a look, but when I was a little aggressive, he got straightened up. Took 300 rupees extra, and even payment was done earlier confirming the stay, saying that it's an early checking fee. But in entire terms and conditions, this extra 300 rupees is not mentioned. The bathroom wasn't clean, no toiletry nor towels. I asked for refund of 300 rupees as I stayed for 2 hours and checked out. He said no and didn't gave the receipt of that 300 rupees. For single travellers, especially for females, it gets difficult.

I couldn’t stay st this property as i got personal stuff to handle at last minute and can’t cancel the accommodation. My reservation money went to waste.

Whistler hotel really provided excellent hospitality to me. The reception guys helped me a lot in exploring bhopal. I stayed for 1 week in the hotel and the services offered them is too good. The size of the room was big and ac was working very well. Bathroom was also neat and clean. Over all hotel whistler provides a lot more than the price they charge. I will definitely stay again in whistler hotel
