Fairyland Clarks Inn

Breakfast was not served in buffet style , we were asked to order things, previously there were buffet in breakfast this time they did not offered buffet system.

Stayed in Room No 305, Bedsheet was having stains , AC was not effective . Breakfast buffet was limited , asked for paneer Parantha, it was on extra charge , service was quite slow . Not a good experience

It was really disappointing that the AC wasn’t working and the lift was out of order. We had to climb the stairs, which was quite inconvenient. Not at all happy with this. totally disappointed. I\

I feel this hotel is not 4 star. It can be maximum 3 star. Lifts were not woking so I have to go up and down by stairs. Room service was ok. No quality shampoo or soap.

The location is good, and the reception area also looked welcoming. However, I was quite disappointed upon entering the room, as it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It seems there are no restrictions on smoking inside the rooms. After I raised a complaint, I was shifted to another room, which had a slightly milder odor but was still not satisfactory. Additionally, the bed sheets and quilt covers didn’t appear clean, the pillows were worn out, and the commode looked old and poorly maintained.

bad breakfast experience and room was alloted vey late even after giving early check-in charges.staff was good.but bathroom's hand washing agent was empty.

It was a Nice Stay with Good cleaned rooms and fair breakfast options. The staff was also very courteous!!

I was here in bhoapl for an official trip and booked fairyland. The experience is not so great. Basic amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush were not kept. Towels were not clean, they gave when asked for it. Room wasn't cleaned properly, one used water bottle and one new bottle was kept so asked to give one more bottle. Dustbin was not emptied for 3 days. Not many options in breakfast, whatever available was also not good. I'll not refer it to anyone.

It was a nice stay at the hotel and it was easily accessible but only the food could be made better .

The property is extremely poor in all priority you think of, don't get in the trap of the brand name Clarks INN. it's a very small property, inexperienced staff, no proper room amenities, room furniture and ac etc are ancient time some time don't work. The front desk staff is polite but no help. The restaurant staff talks like a dhaba employee and the food is not good at all. overall not recommended, poor experience in terms of the price I paid.

Room size was small. Mosquitos in the room. Price was too high. Overall not a good experience. In city like Bhopal in 4.5k you can get better rooms.

Hotel rooms were clean and tidy met my expectations, had a comfortable and cozy stay, staff were very polite and helpful, overall it was pleasant and good stay.

Food was pathetic with a very limited menu with 4-5 items only , room condition was very bad , quilts , pillows , curtains were torn and service was not good at all they provided toiletries, towel, glasses for only one person only and upon asking they just provided toiletries only and drinking water provided was not enough.

It was good. They provided good service. Rooms were clean. Over-all satisfied.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience. The location was a highlight, with a relatively quiet atmosphere and plenty of amenities within a 5-7 km radius, including a subway, cake bakery, cafes, restaurants, 24*7 chocolate and food shop. The room was comfortable, but I felt that the hotel could upgrade its interior and furniture to enhance the overall experience. The bathroom area also needed some improvement. One suggestion I have is to make some items in the in-room mini bar complimentary. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a pool, but the rooftop area was a nice spot to relax, although it wasn't fully open during my stay (possibly due to rainy weather). Overall, my stay was decent and cool. With a few improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a more memorable experience. Rating: 3.5/5 stars

For the price on mmt of 6700 with taxes expected more. Room was small. No space beyond sleeping on the bed and walking around it to go the loo. No view- only frosted glass. All food on menu not available. Doesn’t feel remotely premium. Would be fine if the price were in the 4 k range
