Service
The hotel was good. Located near to all the relevant points. There are few hurdles that i faced during my stay over there - 1) toiletries are the amenities that they provide, but instead of full item they only have hair oil pouch, shampoo pouch and soap small. 2) the staff don't know about the details of customer visiting over there and there breakfast details. You need to tell them everytime. 3) they only provide poha and tea for the breakfast, so it is better to take breakfast outside or as per your comfort. 4) there was fault of electricity so whole night light was gone. They have generator but they don't use it, even fan was not working. No electricity at all. Rest things are good.

Bed hotel don't recommend also not the acceptable MMT to give like this type of hotel
Uneducated staff, room, and washroom very dirty, in the morning no hot water coming, totally unmanaged.

Poor Stay
Room smells was awful, no ventilation, no exhaust fan in bathroom, tap was broken, room services changed 1 bedsheet once only that also on requesting several times. It would be better to stay at railway station then booking this.

Cleanliness is really bad

Great stay
The Hotel is clean Hotel and it is located in a good area. The stay was great and the staff was courteous. The Hotel could improve on its service turnaround times and better upkeep of rooms. Overall it was a great stay.

Overall it was good . There was no flexibility in the check out time . There was less variety in the breakfast menu . Room service was really good

Poor Room condition.
Worst than anyone can imagine. Room stinky, dirty linen, No Bed Runner, No Bathroom emenities, shabby room, dull lighting, not cleaned since a long time I believe. Geyser not working properly. Flush was not working .

Awesome service and helping attitude!
Service and cooperation are excellent! All the staff are really very nice and helpful. We was felt in a bad situation and had got great help from them. We will never forget there help and salute them their helping attitude! Rooms, foods, facilities are okay and do not find anything complenable in our three days stay at this hotel. Location is also nice, little far from crowded area and we do like the same! Everything will be fine when you get such help / services far from your home.
