Room is good, but the service is very poor. The receptionist initially told me they were not accepting bookings, but allowed it this time. However, when i tried to extend my stay, he refused the booking and asked for 1200 rupees, even though i had previously booked the room and it showed the same price when i tried to book again. There was no room service and no washroom kit provided.

The hotel was at prime location. You can find anything at foot distance. It's very close to nehru chowk, which is connected properly to the city.

Services are very poor.
Very very poor services. The roon provided to us had no proper staff. Intercom, a c, tv, were not in working condition. No room service. It will be difficult to recommend your hotel.

Very small room
The room was very small no movement space, dirty washroom, small window for air movement, wi-fi and hot water available. Very smelly and only one light in the whole room. Looked kind of shady. Prime location.

Checkin denied by property owner/manager not get my refund also
Book through mmt. But when i reached at property the property guy denied the checkin. Also not get my refund.

Hotel is having small reception on ground floor with a guy Second they gave us room on 3rd floor, without having lift. 3rd floor is terrace, where they have rented space to someone else for roof top cafe, now room is ok, tv was not charged, in bathroom hand faucet was broken, although they have changed after my request, bed linen was not clean, mosquito available, they provided all out on our request, no water provided, you can buy it from cafe. Dont agree to provide complimentary breakfast, after our request they provided one samosa and one kachori and tea. Best part that you can get a good cafe where you can enjoy music birthday parties till 12 pm, so you can face problem if you want to sleep early.

familyWe checked in late at night and found cockroaches in the room, asked for a hour late checkout which the front deist staff denied completely without even checking the availability, plus carry your own water bottle as they charge 50 rs for a local brand water bottle.

groupSafety & hygiene were top priority at the hotel. The dining area & toilets were also very clean.

Hotel is in market place from where everything available
Staffs are good but property is not managed properly. Not clean properly and lack of maintenance

Poor facility
While checking room we found that no drinking water available in the room, while taking Bath from tabs only got water was available, when I called room service they told me to go downstairs to take Bath.

Good stay
Good for couples as it is safe, location is also nice. Room rent is more as compared to its size. Also, ac switch is at reception so one has to ask them to put it on. Tv remote had no cell.

Value for money
It was a 2 day stay and we had awesome stay, room was spacious but washroom was but small, hotel staff was recent and helpful and about location although it was too noisy outside but it didn't feel like inside room. Overall awesome stay.
