Cabana Resort

No Wifi, No TV Channel installation, worst service for cleaning and food service. Please delist this hotel from MMT.

I checked out on the same date I checked in, because of the unavoidable emergency situation I had to leave bhopal on immediately. I tried to connect with the mmt and the property owner for the minimum refund of my booking which I had paid in advance. to the horrific situation there was no response from both the side neither from the property owner nor from the mmt.

this property was new , they are updating the amenities in room , food quality was good because they are running good food lounge at ground floor. they serve in room till 12:00 pm. but only thing they start serving again from 9:00 am.

Property location is ok. Not good service. He has included breakfast but not available upto 9. 30 am. Saying kitchen is open after 10 am

I was unable to sleep because there was party going on till 4 am in the morning i was never told about this party before booking. Secondly fan was not working. Moreover bed sheets were not cleaned and pillow was also dirty. Tv set up box was not working. Also room service was also very slow.

Good stay. Clean rooms. Welcoming staff. Average food stay, property experience - 4/5 good for going with family or friends

Overall the place is good just reaching there in monsoon can be an issue due to the numerous potholes. It has friendly and helpful staff which caters to basically all your needs and requests. All they need to work on is ensuring everything is in place for the guest prior to allotment of the room. And the electricity issues should be resolved. Apart form that they made me feel safe in place and would also help me with other things such as getting a cab. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
