Hotel number is not contactable and no response from hotel when we call for quarry total mis selling from hotel

Hotel room is to dirty, fab not working properly, no cushions, no drinking water.

Horrible rooms … no clean wash rooms .. furniture were broken … rooms were in pathetic condition… I think they were not cleaned since ages … would like to get refunded my money bck Thx n Regards. Refund my money back

Room is not better condition, rooms wall is to total silan, bed condition is not good, not gizar in wash room,

I had a very bad experience at hotel g residency, considering that i paid under 1300. The cleanliness was poor, the room was too small, and it had a bad smell. Additionally, there was no room service available, and the bathroom was in a terrible condition. The hotel should work on improving these issues.

Place is dirty, at some time, not hot water for some mysterious reasons. Sometimes, no water at all. The paint on the walls fall apart. The staff is noisy in stairs, yelling. The staff do demolition and renovation at any time, which make huge noise. Mosquitoes all the time, cant sleep well.

When we go there they asking for extra amount. I booked the room on rs but they say sir its oyo amount but we gave this to you in rs because others customer also paying for room. So we have to pay where we go at night to search other hotel so we have to pay rs is this right. ?

Horrible experience, broken door, leakage in bathroom, dirty room

This was the one of the dirtiest hotel i have ever been. I have to deal with the broken wall paint, broken window in the bathroom and dirty room. This hotel is only suitable for the couple who want to have some enjoyment, and doesn’t want to stay for more than a few hours.

Don't book its horror.

The rooms are totally different as it is in pictures. WiFi was very bad door didn't even have proper locks. Staff didn't even come to clean the room. Not worth the price.

I travel on very frequent but for the first time staying in Oyo rooms. Experience is better than normal hotels as per price review. Little away from the Station area and taxi charges are triple times at peak time i.e in the evening and 10 Am due to high traffic in City. Hotel does not have a restaurant and hardly any 1 or 2 restaurants in a walkable area and also these restaurants are having high waiting time. Room is neat and clean with all facilities. Putting a wall clock in the room will make it more beneficial. Very poor point for the bathroom. Exhaust fan not working. And they have put a rubber mat above the tiles in the bathroom. Although it looks clean above the rubber mat but believes me there are earth bite insects below the rubber mat due to the ingress of water and moisture.
