Sorry to mention that the property is not having and food arrangements hence can't comment on that, rest for my work the location was best and the hotel infrastructure is good but lacks service staff. Thanks

The management of the property has tried for the best possible solution for a much-needed banquet with well-furnished rooms at jalpaiguri. The staffs are good and friendly but the architect of the property has created a mess with the toilets. Even a 10-year-old child struggles hard to accommodate due to the size and arrangements in the toilet. The banquets are excellent, the ambience is good.

They have charged extra above the booking amount and given bill with booked amount and room also given after 12 noon. The room service is not good and staff required amount for each.

businessFirst of all I request not to book this hotel online. It is for only Bengali persons. Hotel asked me to file a complaint on MMT so that they can get a higher amount otherwise they will not give me room. Breakfast includes puri sabji and egg without asking me whether I am veg or nonveg. Quality of food was bad. I returned breakfast daily and no one was there for any support. Tv not working. Had a very horrible experience even after extending more than charged extra for my 4 nights stay.
