terrible experience
We made 2 rooms booking But on reaching they told that only one room is available. we showed our booking details then they refused to give room. horror/terrible experience of this type here,first time in our life😡

Terrible Stay
My train was late and i reached the hotel at 4:30 am. After reaching the hotel i informed person on counter that i have booked 2 rooms via makemytrip. But the person said there is no such booking in my name. I shooed him your invoice. But he refused it and said he cannot provide room at this low tariff. This was a terrible experience for us. Fortunately our auto driver helped us to get two rooms in some other hotel. How can i get the refund?

The hotel and hotel staff are miss behaved with me and my wife all the room shown in the hotels are too duty not cleaned bed sheet aur not changed blood marks on bed sheet i told hotel staff to change the bed sheet he says yehi hotel h es e main he sona padega bed sheet nhi h. We leave the hotel not stayed there the also laugh on us. Worst hotel in my life

Poor service and more charge, after full amount paid.
There is no safety measures in hotel also they took more rs 500- charge after I paid room charge online. There is no any other option at that moment.

Excellent stay
soloIt was a nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is situated at a very nice location and everything is accessible to the hotel. Even though food from outside is not allowed in the hotel and you cannot order from swiggy and zomato

Best in class service.
As of now, this hotel provide a best in class customer service and is great for planning to stay at affordable rates. The staff is very cooperative and will help you in every aspect. Food is available on paid basis but the rates are quiet on higher side which is something which might affect a budget traveller. But food truck and other restraunts are available for satisfying your cravings. Best place to enjoy your short stays.

Good stay
I am frequently travel across India specially Bhopal I think this trip of Bhopal along with this hotel I really enjoyed. Specious rooms, cleanliness, authentic taste of food, good service.

Its a budgeted good hotel
In the range of that amount, its a good choice with good location. One best part is, just with some percent of amount paid, they allowed me to extend stay for few hours. Service was good and they allow to order food from outside. They need to work to manage more cleanliness of bathroom.
