Hotel O Midtown

Had a great stay. The room was comfortable and tidy.

This hotel was like a hidden treasure. The staff was very cooperative and they were super helpful, made me feel at home.

Affordable, clean room, the bed was comfortable and the staff was super friendly.

The worst experience with their receptional staff as well as of room The female staff i dont know their name but (i don’t actually talk on personality ) have too much of attitude having annoying face as well as behaviour she thinks that she is very smart or else but whichs not. No tv is in working condition even of all rooms and ac are also noisy . After Overall managing their average rooms at checkout they said you have low amount booking so you’ve to pay difference then after arguing they said lets leave extra fare please rate and review best for hotel in front of us even on denying they wants to rate in front of us for best that mf uncle seriously so dissapointing….(sudr jao bh####o tum log) flushing system also not working.

Location of this hotel is good, but there was no food, even tea was not available, toilet was not properly clean, tv was out of order, i could only stay for 2 hour, in all it was my bad choice to go for this hotel,

Not clean. Not safe. For a single female. The whole place was smelling and the sheets and linen were dirty. I didn't stay there. Immediately went from there. And took a room in another hotel

Water bed room no clean, bed sheet no change no breakfast and dinner no room towel

Amount was paid but hotel denied stay, they said you have to pay more money.

Nice and peaceful stay, good staff and easy access, receptionist is polite and helpful, overall i had good experience with this booking.

I never expected hotel room

The hotel took more charge after the pure booking. We booked the hotel for 550 something. And they charged us 999. This is completely unacceptable. The tv was not working. The staff was not friendly too

There was a poor management my bed sheet pillow were very dirty smelly and there was another bigger problem that there is no good sanitation pf water whenever i use bathroom there was leakage of water. After every bath water flow in my room. Totally bad experience.

The hotel is good but cleaning was not standerd, room tape leakage, bad smell, no hand wash in bathroom are essential for hotel service.

Not good at all, asked to on the tv so many times but after 3 days they started the tv. Bathroom was not at all clean. Early checked out because of bad service provided by the hotel. In the corridor there were plates and utensils and alcohol bottels. Not at all recommended. Very bad experience.
