Staff is supportive and cooperative location is also so easily accessible and all over is nice to stay here

The hotel was quite good but the rooms are not that one which was shown and hotel photos so that was a downfall of the hotel. They gave the small rooms instead of large rooms which was seen

By the photos you can see there is lizard found on bed, pillow covers are dirty i have to use towel over them to sleep. Linen was torn in between the sleeping area and bed mattress was visibly dirty, so i have to sleep at limited area of the bed. Soap given was so small. This is the worst stay possible in whole bhopal city. Price is too high about thirteen hundred plus, a customer expects a lot for a room for single person. This hotel staff is also illiterate and inane.

Not good as expected, staff nature is good but reception was bad

Service is ok, need more cleaning in rooms, blanket and bedsheet was not clean and size of room is small, picture show on MMT and actual rooms are different.
