found the property in MMT , stay was ok but there was no facility of food in hotel or nearby, this hotel is mainly for couples not for family

Service was not good. Blankets and bedsheets were dirty. The room and washroom was fine. But room service was not satisfactory.

It was good but a i expected better overall service was good, it was ok

firstly, they have two types of rooms- ac and air cooled. i was allotted air cooled; criteria not known. makes too much noise, cannot be controlled. had to switch it off. morning tea after 8 am on personal request. tv has only youtube channel. hot water arrangements inadequate. breakfast arrangements do not exist. the staff needs upskilling in hospitality.. images not good😴

Hi, my stay at hotel four petals, it was good experience, good, helpful and humble staff. Hotel connectivity is good as it is near to airport road. Food was good. Its a month of ramadan and the staff really helped me keep my fast by providing food to me around 4 am. That was great. So much thanks for this help.

Helpful staff, but a little lack of amenities. Didn’t have shampoo or towels in the room. We had to collect them. Got it pretty late.

Location is terrible, front of hotel is water logged and very dirty. There is no hygiene, toilet was dirty with stains, the flush and shower both were broken. Water shortage multiple times, power failures multiple times. No toiletries provided, no free water. Very slow and unresponsive staff service. Receptionist forgot my order and food was unhygienic. They don't hear instructions, very unprofessional staff. Receptionist is always playing on phone with earphones, doesn't even answer calls on time. Worst hotel experience of my life. There's too noise from everywhere.

I don't look any forward to book any hotel as per recommendation. they show that they have ac rooms available and then dump u in an duct-ed room with so much noise, bathrooms aren't clean and shower isn't working, damn i never felt so bad in staying hotel, it was like a dharamshala
