The stay was quite good, everything was clean, and they also cleaned the bathroom, room daily. The food and water service was also good. The food specially was hygienic and tasty, they considered all our request regarding the taste/ texture of the food.

Firstly, the contact number of the property wasn't reachable, i wasn't able to contact the property hence i wasn't able to give them heads up about early check in. I found the location after 50 mins of traveling around vijay nagar. Then they denied early check in, and asked me to pay 500 more for each room. Then i reached out to customer care which again took 30 mins to tell me they can't do anything, terrible customer service of yours. Then i gave them 300 for two rooms. The rooms didn't have kettles, the bathroom was pathetic.

I found the hotel staff good in services and they were helpful in all the things. My room was also nice.
