We had a great experience because they upgraded our room due to our child. The room was clean and tidy with a smart tv but there is only one problem that they don't have an active kitchen

Not suitable forfamily.
The hotel charges around 4 grand per night and nothing in the hotel was worth it. The room was not clean, the floor was sticky and we were not able to walk on that sticky floor. We were travelling with my 3 years old daughters. We saw the booking saying that it is a non-smoking room. But the room smelt of cigarettes and the room had cigarette buds all over the room floor. The bed linen looked clean from afar. On close inspection, the linen had pubic hair on it and in multiple places. That's disgusting and imagine having to keep my kids in this condition. Please stay away from this hotel.

Poor Stay
There was no restaurant service, had to order food from outside vendors. Room had windows which were facing a wall of bricks. Wifi was provided for limited period only, it said data limit expired. In a time were network service providers are giving unlimited free wifi.. the hotel haad put data limitations.

Excellent Stay
The location is great and the breakfast is good. They're not having a regular kitchen that leaves the guests the option to order varieties from zomato. Finally the staff is friendly.

Terrible Stay
I wanted to cancel the booking immediately after booking due to change in program but i never heard back on the refund instead they just kept dodging having the conversation

Average Stay
Hotel location is centrally located in the heart of city. They don't provide any food except breakfast. All important amenities are there in room and bathroom. This hotel is only for couple stay not for family. They need to fix there sink in the bathroom. Room spray is much needed in the room.

Not recommended as you would regret staying.
My experience is not so good with cl-ark inn express ludhiana. Ac did not work had to sleep with a farara (fan). No food available for room dine in. I stayed for 2 days and room was not cleaned properly by house keeping. Could see many areas where cleaning was not done. Faulty equipments in washroom. They only serve breakfast in the morning which is just for sake.

Terrible Stay
The stay was terrible and the hotel not upto mark they did not have room service facilities- not even tea was available staff was rude and not supportive my brother and his wife came to meet us, even they were asked for their ids and made to sign in all not a good experience

It was a good stay, good property, but price point of view was very high, i paid 4900 for single occupancy, but in breakfast, there were very less varieties

businessLobby - Entrance of the Hotel is just like a rooms used for hourly rentals Lift - So filthy & horrible that I really wanted to leave but no option in the night. Rooms - Room was thankfully cleaned but Linens were again like a rags, it looks like that they have purchased from second hand auctions of some hotels. Sheet was thorny, I told them to change next but no action & when I complaint again then they managed to get one. towels were see through. Buffet - Too short to call it a morning buffet, horrible & terrible.

average hotel with pathetic services
coupleI recently stayed at this hotel, and while the room experience was average—uncleaned sheets was an issue which i faced.I was disappointed with the breakfast service. I was informed at check-in that breakfast timings were from 8:30 to 10:30. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at 10:00 am, I was told breakfast service had already ended. After a brief argument, I was offered only a parantha, which, unfortunately, was undercooked and not up to the standard I expected. This issue ruined my overall experience.

Look to some other good hotel.
The rooms were spacious, the amenities on other hand are average. The towels have blood marks, smelling room, dusty floor. Cleaning is done on walls only. Breakfast was not worth it. Poha and puri/chole is what is your breakfast and some pieces of watermelons. The restaurants in not functional, so you need to rely on outside food. And they will not provide cutlery, as the person holding the keys of kitchen always goes missing.
