Poor communication between staff Service is not good Never recommended this hotel for business people

It was great experience.. The Beds and rooms were so clean even the staff was polite and it didnt took more than 5 mins to check in

Restaurant is not operational. Parking Problem. I got my car stuck while I was staying there. The receptionist is non cooperative.

Terrible experience . Lacked basic checks also like : kettle didn’t work, no towel in washroom , no number mentioned on phone to call reception , no briefing on breakfast (availability since they don’t offer dinner ) Word Clark is royally misused !!

It’s not actually a hotel, rooms are okay , but there is nothing else hotel like in it. It’s just a set of rooms put together in the worst ever commercial space. The breakfast space was in basement .

Location good,Food poor service average,Room service average. like lift is not working, dirty hotel,parking ... half on road.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. However, several aspects of my stay were quite disappointing. The shower experience was unpleasant, and the food quality was extremely poor. Breakfast service was particularly unacceptable as it started only at 8.40 am, which is inconvenient for guests with early meetings or schedules. The bread was served frozen, directly from the refrigerator, and the tea/coffee machine was half working. I understand that the hotel is currently under renovation, but that should not be an excuse for compromising guest experience or service quality. Every guest deserves respect and value for the price paid.

We had a great experience because they upgraded our room due to our child. The room was clean and tidy with a smart tv but there is only one problem that they don't have an active kitchen

The hotel charges around 4 grand per night and nothing in the hotel was worth it. The room was not clean, the floor was sticky and we were not able to walk on that sticky floor. We were travelling with my 3 years old daughters. We saw the booking saying that it is a non-smoking room. But the room smelt of cigarettes and the room had cigarette buds all over the room floor. The bed linen looked clean from afar. On close inspection, the linen had pubic hair on it and in multiple places. That's disgusting and imagine having to keep my kids in this condition. Please stay away from this hotel.

There was no restaurant service, had to order food from outside vendors. Room had windows which were facing a wall of bricks. Wifi was provided for limited period only, it said data limit expired. In a time were network service providers are giving unlimited free wifi.. the hotel haad put data limitations.

The location is great and the breakfast is good. They're not having a regular kitchen that leaves the guests the option to order varieties from zomato. Finally the staff is friendly.

The hotel was very nice. Very nice and spacious room . Courteous staff . Clean washroom and room. Breakfast was good .

Location is in centre but there is no kitchen in hotel. You need to order from outside. Breakfast also not so good and with very limited variety

I wanted to cancel the booking immediately after booking due to change in program but i never heard back on the refund instead they just kept dodging having the conversation

Hotel location is centrally located in the heart of city. They don't provide any food except breakfast. All important amenities are there in room and bathroom. This hotel is only for couple stay not for family. They need to fix there sink in the bathroom. Room spray is much needed in the room.

My experience is not so good with cl-ark inn express ludhiana. Ac did not work had to sleep with a farara (fan). No food available for room dine in. I stayed for 2 days and room was not cleaned properly by house keeping. Could see many areas where cleaning was not done. Faulty equipments in washroom. They only serve breakfast in the morning which is just for sake.

The stay was terrible and the hotel not upto mark they did not have room service facilities- not even tea was available staff was rude and not supportive my brother and his wife came to meet us, even they were asked for their ids and made to sign in all not a good experience

It was a good stay, good property, but price point of view was very high, i paid 4900 for single occupancy, but in breakfast, there were very less varieties

Well maintained room. Staff was very good at their work. Nice location. Food was great and room service is prompt.
