Terrible accommodations. Fan not working, no ventilation.

The property was on third floor no hygiene was there curtains are not good bed is also not good.

Room was not cleaned every day, two day water was not there, staff were not helpful, hospitality was worse.

Good thing is that they allowed me to stay after 11am checkout time, since my flight at evening. Without extra charge they allowed me to stay for 3 hours . . Pro : near beach, value for money. Cons : no cleaning, no room service, no AC properly working

We asked about room for rent, the owner gave us room key after online payment. The very first shock we got by seeing is dirty gallery. Than we tried to run fan but it was not working. The following things are not working: Fan, geyser, Tubelights and TV. We called to makemytrip customer support. They talked to owner regarding the problems mentioned above. At 12. 30am we changed the room and finally we got better room than previous. Thanks to owner for helping us in short time.

We had a good time at Clarem Guest House during Christmas. Staff were really helpful as we stayed with family there. Pros: Very near to beach, Swimming pool inside campus and staff's behaviour was really good. I would like to share few recommendation for Guest house:. I) Please replace all old bulbs to LED/CFL. Ii) Please arrange induction stove inside apartment accommodation which could help for families. Iii) Few windows needs maintenance work. Thanks.

Room was not to clean. Location wise the guest house is situated in remote place. Facilities include required amenities like Tv, refrigerator, gyser and all. Car / scooter rental facility is there. Hotel stuff are good

The location is really isolated if you just want to enjoy south Goa and willing to have a peaceful stay this is one of the affordable places. Service and stuff is really good. My brother had a wonderful stay

Arrived at the location (marked a little wrongly on google maps) and called the owner who promptly sent a boy to open and show us the room. It's a studio apartment with fridge and AC. A broom could have been provided to sweep the room from sand we brought in, but else the room provided was very clean and even the bedsheets etc were washed and superb. The restaurant in the hotel serves decent limited food on a budget price. The beach is walking distance 300 meters from the complex. We had the room on the 2nd floor and it was quiet cool, no mosquitos even when we kept the door open for 1 hr.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed sheets and blankets were properly washed. Service and security people were sincere and friendly. Location is perfect those who come from south india. Totally it was nice stay.

Who don't want crowd and want peace this place is for them only but for those who want adventure, nightlife, crowd then always prefer north Goa, callengutte, Baga etc. Always rent vehicles near the beach. But never from "Goa Dolphin car rentals". They provide 3rd class vehicle 3 times more prize and no respect towards customers.

Beautiful place ... Beautiful people around. Relaxing I was not in the mood to come back TBH ... Will definitely visit soon ... A must visit when you are in Goa specially Youngsters .. I was amazed with the greenery around

Please don't book this room, this room was very dirty, many Cockroaches in the Room, Dust on the bed sheet, I can't stay here on check-in date, I suddenly change the property Just near, please book your room in COLONIA JOSE MENINO, just near

This is one of the worst stay I experienced at Clarem Guest House. In my 5 days certain thing I faced. 1. No house cleaning. 2. No lights in toilet & hall. 3. No privacy, a guy Raju who was looking after the complete guest house randomly he use to enter in house without knocking doors. We stopped him several times though he argued. Bad behaviour & hospitality with no proper room & toilet facilities. 4. Condition of bedsheet was very poor.

Reasonable but not worth for money paid. Location is very nice, near the beach. Rooms are very spacious like studio apartments. Need to maintain more cleanliness. They will not provide the Bath Soap and they won't ask you to enter your name, address & Mobile number in register. I believe they have not maintain any register. There was no water in the swimming pool. The place is very nice and beach is not crowded and very clean.
