the hotel was good, aesthetics we're good too. and the staff picks up anytime and help simultaneously too shreechand ji & Shankar jii also made our stay comfortable

I booked the most expensive room at this property, expecting comfort and cleanliness, but was completely let down. The room was in terrible condition — long strings of dust hanging around, dirty floors, and stained bedsheets with a brown tint that gave off a foul smell. The chairs were so filthy that sitting on them was out of the question. Even after requesting a deep cleaning, only the bathroom was touched; the rest of the room remained just as unhygienic. For the price charged, this was unacceptable and ruined the last day of my trip. I strongly feel a partial refund is owed for such a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to future travelers. Poor hygiene and lack of proper service make it one of the worst I’ve made while booking accommodation.

I had a very disappointing experience at City Connect by Downtown Udaipur Hotel. Firstly, despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel made me wait a very long time before allotting a room. This unnecessary delay created a lot of inconvenience after a tiring journey. Secondly, the staff’s behavior was quite unprofessional and rude. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they seemed careless and indifferent towards guests. Hospitality should be the hotel’s priority, but here it was completely missing. Apart from these major issues, the overall management also appeared poorly organized. Cleanliness and service standards were below expectations for the price they charge. Udaipur is known for warm hospitality, but unfortunately, this property fails to deliver even basic guest satisfaction. I would not recommend staying here, and I hope the management seriously improves their service and staff training.

Great experience, good hotel, good rooms, helpful staff, food taste also good and pricing is also very appropriate for dinner buffet.

The property is very well located. It's around 650 mts from Udaipur city railway station. Rooms are very well maintained and all amenities. The staffs are very well behaved and prompt to serve. They have pure veg restaurant. The food quality is great. They serve hot and fresh foods. They have multiple options. We opted for breakfast and dinner. Overall we had a pleasant experience, a great stay 😊.

Food was delicious but too costly

it was a pleasant experience the room were clean no complaints from the staff just a small dissatisfaction is that desite early checkin was available on my booking I wasn't allowed to do that sighting there was no rooms at that particular time

Hotel was good, service was good yoo. However, they did not get convince to check out late even for 30 minutes. We had to checkout at 10 am. I have been to 5 stars, even they do allow one hour. There is no parking but images will leave u thinking that they do have. Stay was pleasant, rooms were good. Except parking and check out issues everything was good

down town is in the middle of udaipur. top floor is open to sky and has a good view of Udaipur palace area. there are also good eating places around.

Staff was very supportive and polite. Food was awesome. They serve from heart and treat you like family. Just a wow stay.

The stay was amazing!! Had a wonderful time in Udaipur! The hotel is located in a city centre and all famous places like Karni Mata Temple, City Palace etc are nearby (aprox 3km). The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very polite and helpful. It’s the best place to stay if you are coming with your family. Highly recommended!!

We stayed for 2 nights. It was a nice experience. Great food quality. Staff behaviour is very good. Good cleaning in rooms and bathrooms.

I had a great experience during my stay. The housekeeping service by Rajkumar and Rahul was excellent — they were prompt, polite, and kept everything spotless. A special thanks to Sanjay Malya and Hemant for their great management. Everything was well-organized and smooth, which made my stay even more comfortable.
