I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the hotel was a major concern. From the moment I checked in, I noticed that the room was not properly cleaned. The bedsheets appeared used, the bathroom had stains, and there was dust on the furniture. It was clear that housekeeping did not do a thorough job. Another major issue was the air conditioning. Despite informing the front desk multiple times, the AC was not working properly, making the room extremely uncomfortable, especially during the night. The hotel staff kept saying they would fix it, but nothing was done throughout my stay. The service was also quite disappointing. The staff was not responsive or helpful. It took a long time for them to answer requests, and even basic things like fresh towels or room service were delayed. There was a general lack of professionalism and attentiveness. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. A hotel should prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and good service, but this one failed in all three aspects. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their service for future guests.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Ramvilas Palace. 1. No Welcome Drink & Water: Despite being a standard courtesy, no welcome drink or water was served upon arrival. Even after requesting water twice on Monday, it was only provided much later, along with the welcome drink. 2. Room Request Ignored: I had requested a double bed instead of a triple bed, but my request was not accommodated. 3. Lack of Basic Amenities: There was no handwash available in the washroom. 4. Poor Service: I called the reception for a towel, but no one sent it. Additionally, the welcome drink glass remained in the room the entire day without being cleared. 5. Repeated Requests for Water: At the reception counter, I had to request water five times, and even then, it was provided only after 20 minutes. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and the experience did not meet even basic hospitality standards. Regards Nilesh

Poor Stay
Hotel service and comitment both are very bad, staff behaviour is so rizid. The room that was shown was not given to us, we were forcely asked to stay in another room, there was no solution even after complaining at the reception. Very bad experience.

I am 100% satisfied with all the facility provided by the hotel. Room was excellant, staff was very helpful. Food had best quality and restaurant manager ms himani was very helpful and polite. I would recommend and choose once again if i get chance to travel again udaipur. 100% valued to money.

Poor service either at room or restaurant.
Hotel amenities are not found as mentioned in the inclusion like no welcome drinks were offered, neither hotel room does have heater, bathrob, cupboards with lock, newspaper. First reception denied for room heater and later provided a small heater (not suitable for premium suit) once i shown them what my inclusion does have. Dental kit was asked daily. No 10% discount given on f&b services. On very first day, restaurant took time to deliver our dinner for more than one and half hour. We were freeze d over top of the restaurant but staff told that our order will shortly come. Later manager told that starters took time which i don’t understand the lame excuses. Location of hotel is quite good but room service and restaurant services are very pathetic. Not happy this time with the booking.

Poor experience of stay, dirty room, diary bedsheets, no proper response from staff, paid approx 5000 for birthday room decoration but nothing did, very poor service, after all staff was asking for an extra amount at the time of checkin even without using any service.

Terrible Stay
Staff is non-cooperative even after booking for early check-in they didn't accommodate our request stating that they don't have any room. Though the next moment when offered extra to pay, immediately he handed me over the keys. Unclean washroom, sheets and a few other issues. It was meant to be a pleasant trip but booking a non-refundable hotel made it unpleasant altogether.
