Hospitality of this place is a lesson to me that how a guest needs to be treated. Superb food, be it breakfast/lunch/dinner. Every dish was delicious. Craving of more to eat never came to an end. Availability of staff at every point from welcome to lunch to point of camel/jeep safari/cultural program/dinner with solutions and service. Cultural program was full of variety and richness. The quality of gathering of all other guest in itself tells about the best image of the resort. Me and my family got a superb, mesmerising experience of grandness, goodness and game of Desert safari.

Though the property is located on the roadside I found it difficult to locate as there were no proper signboards and gates. After check-in, we were not provided even with basic things like the water bottle. I had to shout to get water bottles. The only thing that is good there are the rooms and the cleanliness. They should improve their food quality and customer service. I would suggest this property is good for solo travelers but not for families.

No property signboard in front of the resort, and swiss tent and luxurious royal tent both are equal.

The food quality was horrible. The staff was very helpful and courteous. There is a lot of scope for improvement of the campus.

Really a unique experience. Must come for camping. The food is really appreciable.

It's a great plan to spend an evening. The location is very near to the Sam Sand dunes, 40 km from the city.All the must-do activities in the desert, like taking a camel ride to watch the sunset, going on a 4 x 4 ride etc can be done from here.Camel ride is included in the price .The Manager, Barkat Sir was very helpful.When we arrived very early in the morning, for us take a quick shower, have breakfast and go sightseeing in the city. A cab was arranged to pick us up in the evening to go to the resort. The tents that we stayed in were beautiful and a clean bathroom, well appointed bathroom. After the camel ride, there was a free entertainment program with local singers and dancers which was excellent. The dinner was also included in the price. As we went in the off season, couldn't get a great sunset view but I can imagine how beautiful it would be on a clear day. Sleeping in the tents was an unforgettable experience. Definitely worth staying. Strongly recommended.
