Good place to stay at Chakrata with polite staff, good food and valley view. Deck with swing is the best thing where you can enjoy your tea

It was comfortable and enjoyable stay.Staff was very cooperative.Property location is good. Food was good.

The location is good, silent just 2 km from the main road. Food at property is good but with limited options hich would be enough for a pleasant stay. Amenities are ok, would have to call in for few fixes. Service is good, staff is polite and ready to serve your calls. Overall property is good just they need to upgrade few of the basic amenities for a better experience.

Poor service, even after multiple reminder no actions on services. Premium rooms are ok, but Delux room rooms are terrible with zero service and utilities. Even breakfast is served at 9:30 am. Staff is not available between 10 pm and 8 am.

Lack maintenance. Owners not concerned about providing facilities or cleanliness. Kitchen very unhygienic. Not worth recommending

Location is not good. Its far from Chakrata main market. Room is not neat and clean. Overall is average hotel

The location of the hotel was very amazing. Hotel was very good and staffs behaviour was also very good and supportive.

Pathetic experience, they are making fools of tourist as the room that look so good is picture is very bad in actual. Food quality and taste is really very bad. No proper water supply and it's literally worth the amount that had been paid by me.

We loved the property the staff was good and the food was delicious the room was clean and overall it was a good stay.

Location is outside but good view of nature. Supportive staff, good quality of food, nice bone fire.

The place is really quite and peaceful! food was also nice! location was 9 kms away from chakrata market. We rented a scooty from here to room around! tiger falls is 1 hour 30 mins away from here.

The stay at the chakrata inn resort is unpleasant. The hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. The condition of the room is pathetic, there are patches of fungus in the room. Amenities are also not good. No proper management is there in the hotel. The overall rating of the hotel is very poor.

बहुत अच्छी जगह है बिलकुल शांत और मन को प्रसन्न कर देने बाली हवा चिढ़यों सुबह बोलना मन को मोह लेता है खाना बहुत अच्छा है और स्टॉफ भी अच्छा बस एक कमी है बैड के गद्दे बहुत ख़राब है बाकी सब कुछ very nice 👍
