Food was good

Overall, it was really a very good experience for me and my family. The location was surrounded by a scenic view. With regard to food, amenities and services, they were superb.

I was booked this hotel from make my trip it was great experience for staying great staf food was yummy 😋 thanks We love to visit again wish you luck with lots of success 🙏

No one was there to attend. Phone no was switched off. Quality of furniture was not good.

I had booked the King Room with mountain view from 14th to 16th May, 2025, looking to the 2 large windows with mountain views, as depicted in the photographs on MMT on the 18th April, 2025. However, at check-in, we were told that our booking for the King Room was for a room, with only one window. On protesting, we were shifted to the room with 2 large windows, now called Queen Room, at an additional cost of Rs. 1000/- per night. The owner, Mr. Chauhan was not present, and on the telephone, he was adamant that we needed to pay this amount in cash in order to stay in the room that we had chosen. All the rooms at Munaals Nest were vacant. Left with no choice, we paid up, and insisted on a Bill, which was duly prepared. So, why did the MMT site on the 18th April, 2025, show the room with 2 windows as the King Room, when the King Room according to Mr. Chauhan had only one window? Secondly, power outages in the Hills is common, but in our Queen Room, only 2 ceiling lamps were connected to the Inverter. The lighting was quite insufficient. The Staff, however, were very efficient and polite.

The room I booked was stinky there was passage for air flow that may be the reason, The changed the room they immediately changed it , but they charged it saying it's the deluxe room , as im from Dehradun I think it was over priced

It was a very good stay we had at munaals ! View is excellent, staff is excellent, the owner very humble & courteous,food was excellent!! Only the ambience was lacking!

It was a nice and peaceful stay but they didn’t offer king size room even after booking for the one as same were already booked. But food is really yum. And yes No TV in rooms.

Munnal's nest stay at chakrata was very pleasant. We had fun staff was very supportive and the food taste was really amazing. We had nice stay there.

Food was too delicious, sumit sir and his son ashish is very nice personality, they help us in every way, as some faulty images shared by mmt, thay provided their best room to my family and make my trip memorable. Whenever i plan my next trip i will stay in same hotel.

Hotel park prime was equipped with all great amenities. Every thing from room service, house keeping, food to hotel staff were upto the mark. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at park prime

Munaals nest is a lovely place for a short stay. Owner is very helpful and accommodating, plus his staff is good. The food is tasty and wholesome. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Very bad experience. Room service very poor. Flies all over in the room. No rolling on straight stairs. No tv in the room. However food was good.

The hotel location is great and very peacefully. The hotel staff is very gentle and very nice and fast service. Food quality as very fresh and making food on order very quickly. The owner of this hotel mr. Ashish cvhauhan meets the customer personally to take care for all kind of caring. We stayed three nights and enjoyed a lot. Excellent hotel.
