Review Of Central Park 17

We stayed at center park 17 for 2 night but our experience was very bad the room was very small and dirty linin, the landline was not working the TV display was not working, shower also not working ,the food taste was very bad we ordered biryani it was not at all like biryani it was like a pulao and they did not serve raita and I order aloo paratha also but inside there is no potato only atta. over all my experiences was very bad.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Central Park, Sector 17, Chandigarh. Right from check-in, things went wrong. The water bottle in the room was at room temperature and it took 15 minutes just to get a replacement. The intercom in the room was not working, so for every small request I had to walk down two flights of stairs — and even after informing them, no one bothered to fix it. The TV and set-top box were not functional, and even the remote had no batteries. After pushing them for over 30 minutes, someone finally came, but the TV screen itself was faulty and the picture kept vanishing. On top of that, the handwash and body wash pumps in the bathroom were not working either. These are basic facilities one expects from any decent hotel, and the lack of maintenance along with the casual attitude of the staff made the experience very unpleasant. Definitely not recommended. I called Make My Trip helpline but to no avail... I do not think that Make My Trip Ever Checks the hotels they put other people into.. we trust MMT at least dont make fool of us...

Location is best at this price, Room are neat and clean but service is poor , they take about an hour to provide me a water bottle and the shower and taps are not proper working , staff is polite and friendly Almost stay is Good.

we booked deluxe room but they people give us below average room like store room. neither they give us dental kit and any other amenities like water and anything. and condition of.the room. horrible. very bad experience jb mene unko bola receptionist ko change they tell mam room. available n hai itna ghtiya sector 17 locality ND hotel services was very poor. we spend 1500 but wo room. 500 ke lyk. nhi tha unsatisfied bekar I want to talk with customer care executive

Stay was convenient and hasslefree. Hygiene was good with good room service. Overall good experience in good price.

Room condition is very bad I was so tired in tha room.the cost of room or rent of room is high but to facilitaties in the room is not good.

The stay was average, bed sheet and pillows were not clean, they were stinking. Congested and claustrophobic rooms, bathrooms were not clean, geaser was not working. The only good thing about this stay was room service.

Average hotel, laid back attitude. Delayed service. The food was good but it took a hell of a time to serve. I think they ran towards the market or to a placement consultant either for raw material or manpower.
