Please note that we do have parking facilities, but during peak season, an unusual situation arose where most guests arrived with personal vehicles, leading to full capacity. This is a rare occurrence as guests usually rent local cars or bikes. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again for a smoother experience.

We strive to ensure all our guests have a pleasant experience, and we apologize if any part of your visit was unsatisfactory. To clarify, our room rates are based on the number of guests occupying each room to offer a fair and balanced pricing structure. For example, rooms with three guests are charged at a lower rate per person, while rooms with four guests incur a slightly higher rate per person due to the added occupancy. When you arrived with an additional guest beyond your original booking for 9 people, an extra charge was required to accommodate the additional person i.e the 10th person. We understand this may have caused some inconvenience, and we regret any confusion. Thank you for helping us improve, and we hope we’ll have another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
