Excellent Stay at Casa Calm
We were a bit skeptical at first because of the low ratings, but our experience turned out to be quite the opposite. The villa, although old and with slightly leaky walls (understandable given its age), was overall clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were hygienic, which was a relief considering the older reviews mentioned otherwise. The rooms were cozy and perfect for our group. What really made the stay memorable was the hospitality — the owner and caretakers were incredibly sweet and helpful. The owner even went out of his way to order a USB charging cable for us via instamart, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The caretakers were equally kind and even offered to clean the rooms twice during our stay. The only downside was that the pool and lawn area could have been maintained better. All in all, it was a great experience and a reminder not to judge a place solely by its past reviews. Definitely a value-for-money stay if you're okay with a slightly rustic charm!

familyThe place is not maintained well. Care taker is not available, he has multiple other places to manage. Unhygienic place, no handwash, no clean bedsheets, dirty place
Property & maintenance
It's a big property, however could have been maintained a bit more similar to the photos uploaded. Washrooms could have been maintained a bit better.
