Best room in Lonavala clean and the location is excellent 24hr hot water available

Everything was good. Value for money I can say. The staff was very good.

The property manager was very rude and inconsiderate

I had a pleasant stay, though for a day. The manager is polite and cooperative. The hotel has a quiet ambience and one can quickly walk down to the city market in a few minutes.

The location of the hotel is prime. It's near the railway station, and many more restaurants are available nearby. Specifically, i enjoy rk hotel, which is near my hotel. In terms of quality and the behavior of staff, it's a nice overall experience. I highly recommend those who spend time with their loved ones to make plans while considering this property.

Nice property and very friendly & supportive staff. Prompt & timely service. The location is very near to station & city centre. I was there for an ultra marathon event and had to start post mid night. Staff were supportive to provide food & coffee on time even though it was in odd hours. Will certainly recommend to fellow travellers to lonavla. Keep it up!

Hotel mangal is located within walkable distance from lonawala railway station. Nearby to several eateries of all kinds of cousine. Especially the staff of mangal are service oriented and friendly. The compound has ample space to park your vehicles. Felt safe to stay with family members. Scope to improve maintenance a little bit better.

There was mosquitoes in the room. Highly upset poor service

It is advisable to provide water bottles and some complimentary things at least in deluxe and super deluxe rooms. Little more cleaning

Stayed there for 2 days and stay was decent. But wasn't worth the high price. It's quite normal stay.

It was really a pleasant stay there. All staffs are very friendly. Room was clean and also walkable from the main road. Restaurants are good especially mumbai masala restaurant where u can get breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks with affordable price and taste.

Good stay with hotel mangal residence. Near by from all locations like bushy dam, lions point, narayani dham temple and all good restaurants. Overall nice.

Hotel is average with basic amenities, no lift, however hotel staff is cooperative and humble.

Staff is good. Clean stay. And very helpfull, they help me to shift dates and i thanks them for that.
