Review Of Casa Arya 2 BHK Pool Villa

This feedback is specifically to save others from the torture we had at the property during our stay. We arrived goa by the night flight at 930pm. The caretaker reached us before take off that he won’t wait till that time for us to arrive and if we want we can cancel the booking. He has to be begged to stay back till 1030 as that’s the latest one can reach from the airport. Multiple other things to note. Cameras at various places invading privacy. Pool is being recorded you almost feel someone is watching you all the time, there is one camera which is placed right outside the glass panel of the main door of the house which has no curtains. Basically there is someone watching you inside the house too. It almost felt like you are in big boss house. Lastly we had agreed to a late checkout while the caretaker literally threw us out as 12noon ultimatum. He was inside the house watching us get ready and pack. There was absolutely no courtesy or privacy. The amenities don’t even include enough glasses, utensil’s to cook, not even simple toiletries. In all the stay was absolutely horrible. Only feel the owners of the property don’t care about customer experience. I hope takes this feedback and bans this property

Despite calling care taker many days in advance as i have stayed at casa arya few times before. He denied any info an denied to meet us at property. Seemed he was using the house for personal use and denied guests. Extremely poor response from casa arya contact number which mmt tried to reach. No one answered calls. For hours we were standing jn the rajn. Must ban casa arya on mmt.
