one day stay, very unprofessional people, things broken, no hot water, lift not working, poor management, not bothered about customers

High price hotel not get mineral water in room when i asked for water bottle they changed 25 rs par no complementary higgins not mentioned, tv not working, in this price non ac room provided, hot water timing only morning,

On my first day the rooms were untidy and lift was not working. They had some technical problem which was conveyed will take 4/5 days to resolve as some part was unavailable. On my complaint to make my trip the action was taken and the lift was working the morning i woke up. There were cobwebs and next morning i brought that to the notice of the help desk at saish before leaving for work, when i returned my room was spic an span fresh bedsheets fresh pillow cowers and all cobwebs gone with fresh clean towels. Well my concern is when i have paid a hefty amount i have done it for the comforts and well in advance. So why these things happen and only taken care of after the concern is raised. Isnt it the responsibility of make my trip to track and check the hotels that are tied up with them. No water bottles provided in room. No working restaurant, no lift on arrival. A customer doesnt pay for excuses, he pays for comfort. With make my trip i trusted and paid 1500 rs for the rooms and 500 extra for aircoditioner but i checked the prices again on make my trip and they were 1200. So whu misuse the belief and trust a customer shows in a big brand like make my trip.

Very clean hotel and right behind sawantwadi bus stand. If u are going for business trip, one of the best hotels in sawantwadi.

Room was ok and specious. Staff is also cooperative. Hotel has restaurant but not great. They don't provide dental kits and other accessories as provided by other hotels. So do carry yours. Overall ok experience.

Bathroom not up to mark and food quality also average. Need more cleaning room and bathroom area. Parking also limited that’s why we have to park vehicle outside

Property is well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay. Staff was also courteous. All in all a good experience.

I booked a non ac room. After reaching there i asked for an ac room. I found that the rooms are same, they charge 600 for just switching thr ac on, from the reception counter. That total-led to 2160, which is ok. Except that the ac did not work. The fan was working but no cooling. And i have done design and projects of star hotels. So i assure you that the doors and windows were not open. I had set the temperature at much lower than ambient value too. I paid rs600 for nothing. I told them in advance that i had to leave at 7am. Nobody at the counter till 8am. Overall there is a lot of scope for improvement.

Ours was a one night stay, so please keep that in mind as you read this review. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful in whatever we needed. While they have a restaurant of their own, you can also take a 5-15 minute walk explore the other local restaurant and services in the area. The main sawantwadi bus stand is just 2 minutes away, which means that you're more or less in the heart of the town. Therefore locationwise, it's a great place to stay in. A decent experience and hence a recommendation from my side, for a short stay.

Hotel stay is just ok, room is not spacious, bathroom is just average, no water bottle is provided.

it was great experience. please take note of following points :- 1. free wifi is available but only near reception counter. in room, single won't appear 2. staff is really good. 3. all other things which are mentioned are true.

Was awesome stay at hotel service was good and clean room

Room was ok. Bathroom was average. Bed and blanket normal blankets.

Good hotel based at close to S T bus stand and close to heart of city. Rooms are clean. Only tea and mineral water are costly in hotel.

Nice place for family, in city all required facilities available.

More than half an hour when calls. Worst communication. TV not working. Hot water after 9 AM is not there. Please, don't take entry for like this hotel, your reputation will go. Thanks.
