Room size was very small, room was dirty & full of cockroach. Bedsheets & towel was not clean. Geyser was also not working. Staff was good, polite & helpful but due to room i was very disappointed.

Had the worst experience ever in my life. Most unclean and unhygienic hotel i have ever seen. The reception area itself was horrible. Paean was chewed and spit in on the elevator walls. On top of all these the manager was very very rude. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anybody. It was a total shock we booked a room in amrutha castle. As we did not have the courage to step into the room refund the full amount.

Surprisingly quiet rooms with clean and hygeinic surrounding. Slept like a baby!
