Hotel denied check in and faced lot of strugglee at the hotel and staff asked extra money for shiftin

Apart from mmt cost they charged me 1362 extra at the arrival saying the price on mmt is not updated.. very disappointed mmt

Room is good for stay but This hotel is charge extra mony in 500 rs and that Purson say that is MMT fault

After booking from makemytrip the hotel staff are charging extra amount i. E, rs. 500- for each room, when the customer questions about extra charge they simply say that their amount enhancement update was not done with the makemytrip team, when we ask about charges to makemytrip team they ask for payment screenshot, but the hotel staff are not maintaining the payment name on hotel name, instead they are keeping other account for extra charges, so in that way they are cheating the innocent customer who visits rarely for visit purpose. Now makemytrip team is also not resolving the issue, that they need exact hotel name payment.
