Excellent Stay
Treebo Premium Lalitha Hotel is an excellent hotel which is located just beside the main road. The food is great, just 5 mins walk to RK Beach, the rooms are well designed and very neat and clean, the staffs are good, very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Stay
I had a booking of 3 days. It’s a beautiful staycation over there. The rooms are cozy yet comfortable with all the modern amenities. The staffs are very polite and courteous. Overall it’s a fantastic experience.

Location is near to rk beach, facilities are good, receptionists are very friendly and helpful, complementary breakfast they provide is too good overrall a good place to stay and budget friendly

When we went at that time restaurant was closed, regarding location good , facilities need to improve like in my room kettle was not working and brush kit,.... Like don't have in room

Terrible Stay
every service needs cash payment, you cannot sign and pay later during checkout. Tea and coffee price changes everytime you order. Very limited options in breakfast, I found hair in Sambar. You cannot expwct anythinh delightful. Hotel is new hence rooms are in good condition.

Good Stay
The location is good. It is near RK beach. The hotel is neat and clean. The service is average. The restaurant is not properly functional. You have to depend on Zomato or Swiggy, as there is no eateries near by. The best part of the hotel was early check in. If the rooms are available they will allocate it. The stay was comfortable.

Situated in a good location (close to beach-0.5km & submarine museum-1.5km); Spacious room with all facilities, clean & modern bathroom. Breakfast was good but very limited choices. Better quality toiletries could be offered.

Poor Stay
The hotel failed miserably to meet the basic standard as claimed while accepting booking through this App.To be particular it did not supply toiletries did not provide tea ,coffee and sugar sachets , did provide old stock and pungent smelling milk powder with lumps .In double occupancy room provided only one bath towel. The hotel did not have a restaurant of its own and given it on third party basis with no accountability of hotel management.The third party operated restaurant does not have variety in menu.To be specific it failed to provide parathas excepting offering only tawa roti.The restaurant in the so called complementary break fast did not provide fruits and any non veg item excepting boiled eggs in its spread that too which it kept hidden and very hesitatingly offered on demand. the breakfast spread is restricted to only four items. No provision for snacks in the evening available in the restaurant .Even if you order coffee or tea from the restaurant to be served in room then the order gets served after more than 45 minutes that too cold and without saucer . The restaurant is in a complete mess and the so called owner single handedly does the work of cooking ,serving and attending to call and is also keeps the restaurant as well as himself unclean.Very very disgusting and disappointed experience.The hotel is very inadequately staffed to attend to call and no 24 hours housekeeping is available as claimed. Thoroughly disheartened by this choice of hotel. Needs to be taken task to.

Comfortable stay near RK beach
The hotel is conveniently located just a few hundred meters from RK Beach, making it easy to find and ideal for a short stay near the seafront. The room allocated to us on the 2nd floor was comfortable and clean. Linen was fresh, the room had a pleasant smell, and the AC worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, a few issues affected the overall experience: The terrace restaurant seemed poorly managed. The staff appeared unprofessional, dressed casually in untidy clothing. Plates and spoons were kept in the open, attracting houseflies, and the breakfast options were very limited. The bathroom exhaust fan was faulty and created a lot of noise. No towel mat was provided outside the shower area, which caused inconvenience. Overall, while the hotel has potential with its location and clean rooms, better management of the restaurant and attention to small details would greatly improve the guest experience.
