The stay was pleasant, room was top notch and the services are great too. The food is also very tasty at Chandana

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Chandana. Special thanks to Mr. Ravi for his warm hospitality and support throughout my visit. He is the single handily managing the customer as he is the only one in the property who knows hindi and English very well. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The cherry on top was their food. An authentic south indian food you get there with the superb taste. Even I havnt find that tasty food in so called famous restaurants of Vizag.

Rooms are big and comfortable , food was good , only issue is front desk staff is not professional , they keep and calling owner for small things.

No breakfast, poor service, blanket is not good, basic amenities, toilet is not good, few staff, room given to others after check in

Actually there is only this Hotel available near IIM Gambheeram Campus. The overall stay was Ok ok types or average. Following points the hotel should improve- 1)Providing Drinking water inside room (The hotel only provides 2 small bottles of Packaged drinking water as complementary after that I asked for water Jug but staff denied saying it’s only available in Restaurant. 2) The hotel did not allowed out side food to order and they have only limited option available in restaurant. We found very difficult to manage. 3) Hot water was not there, we had to call reception and then they use to provide hot water in bucket. We actually contacted MMT to cancel our stay and arrange refunds

Excellent stay as usual in this property. Only noticed that the refrigerator, electrical kettle or hair dryer not working for some reason

Rooms are good but the service was average. Also the bathroom is very old and bathroom equipment is very bad. The breakfast was very good though. Tasty stuff.

Our overall experience was great at Hotel Chandana, We were enroute to Odhisha and stayed overnight. close to NH 16, Seamless checkin, good service. ordered food from menu which was really great. Great option for people travelling to and fro Hyderabad and Odhisha. I will stay again during my journey.

The hotel is nice but the staff will annoy you on each and every thing. Even though it's written that you can have guests, still the staff members kept us poking every 5 mins. During checkout, they started reminding us about the time from 10 am only even though the checkout time was 12 noon. They did not even let us talk to one of our visitors as they wanted us to go get ready and leave their hotel. Pathetic behaviour!

Very bad. This hotel is very terrible. Owner is demanding more money after booking in make my trip he is charged extra money for staying. Very rude behaviour with coustomers and a he is arguing with costumers

A decent hotel is located near nh 16 which is an advantage for me as i am travel-ling between kolkata bangalore by car. Additionally good basement parking for the safety of my car. Food is good and the room is clean which is all i can ask for.

The accommodation facility is excellent according to price. All amenities along with dining facilities are present there.

I stay here for three days with my family. Located at walking distance to the iim vizag. Our experience of stay was good as staff is good, cleanness is well maintained and what about food, it was delicious.
