Royal inn

The location is confusing, it is very difficult to notice the hotel. It is in slum area, no parking. Reception area is at ground floor and rooms are in sellar, just like bunker. Rooms are nasty, no hot water and an old TV without cable connection. The staff sits at ground floor and if want enter into the bunker (room area) the come and open it. It is just like in horror comedy picture with ghosts. I highly recommend Makemytrip the to remove this hotel from their list. Very very very bad experience.

Maintenance is bad, he is putting air-conditioner off in the middle. Behavior is also too rude.

We had 2 deluxe rooms. But no mantaince at all. The wasn't working properly. Bedsheets, Bath towels really in very bad condition. Refrigerator was there but it wasn't working. In one of the room I liked the wash room, it was big. Though I hated it. Broken shower, wash basin everything at very bad condition. Really you guys need a lot of maintenance work.

The hotel is located in a very filthy place. No place to get any basic amenities near by. The rooms are lousy and not up to the mark. Had to check-in to another hotel after seeing these conditions.

Terrible experience 1. Worst location. 2. No security arrangements like cam. 3. Fake photo uploaded in site. 4. No food in hotel or near by location. I visited hotel with my 4yrs old son. On check out date at 7. 30am my wife was going to feed my son. The hotelier told us to check out and didn't give us the son's feeding time.

The rooms are very nice. It's perfectly match with budget. But the cleanliness and services need to be improved. The care taker is very good and cooperative person. Always ready to help. The location of the room is excellent. The overall experience is good.

Very Good Hotel and service and behaviour is very good of Hotel Owner. Located just near the fort in city(perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The hotel owner is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staff were very helpful. The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret, just be there.

Very bad room is big but not clean and room service is not available. Bath room is very small un comfortable. And cot are bedding is very bad very old bad smells. And not available any hotel near. Very bad experience

Room is worst, location unable to find easily, facilities are bad, you don't get hot water also. Worst receiving. Cleanliness you won't find, No room service available, Waste of money you afford, horrible nights if you stay there.
