Stay was good. But due to property under renovation, no activities were available except swimming pool. Pool was also full of excess chlorine. Rooms were nice. Food was great. Hospitality was also good.

ALL THE STAFF WERE POLITE. THE AMENITIES WERE DOWN FOR RENEWAL, ONLY SWIMMING POOL WAS AVAILABLE. KIDS WERE ULTRA UPSET. BECAUSE OF RENOVATION THERE WAS LOTS OF DUST AND NOISE. THE SELF SERVICE BUFFET AT BREAKFAST WAS AWFUL. MOST OF THE ITEMS WERE DRY, EVEN BREAD WAS VERY HARD. MADE TO ORDER ITEMS WERE VERY GOOD. OVERALL NOT SATISFIED, WE COUDNT GET WHAT WE WENT FOR

Renovation in Resort affected indoor activities and no proper cleaned rooms

Renovation work is going on, so we haven’t utilised any indoor activities, before booking this resort we haven’t known to it. Cleanliness in room and bathroom are not upto the mark. Some smells are also in 1 room.

Totally disappointed and demanding comp

Renovation of the resort is running and hammering noise is continuously coming in the rooms. Gaming zone is not accessible due to renovation. Parking facility is also not properly maintained and my car was damaged. Not acceptable if renovation running is not mentioned in MMT.

There was renovation work going on all around the property due to which there was a lot of noise inside the room. Also the indoor games area was as good as not available coz it was very noisy there. Food was good overall.

Best stay for girls trip

food is good, but the property is under renovation, so you can only stay in the room and do not enjoy the rest of the facilities. Games are very average like we have in home and not up to the standard. Noise is coming continuously in the room due to renovation. Avoid staying here for a year or so. Else, you might end up wasting money like me. Also, you will not get a good proper solution for such situations they just provide communicate with hotel and there to much back and forth which lead to lot of time waste and you end up staying in whatever you get and max they provide is 1.8k voucher which I don't think useful at all
