Issues started from check in it-self. As could never contact the property manager, and was asked repeatedly to do so. His number had some call forwarding activated on it. It is self-check in, but was made to wait for the person to come and open the lockbox. TV wasn't working, person came to check, told remote was faulty, so nothing could be done.
Then the main issue, in peak Delhi winter, no hot water, which I had to coordinate with 3 people and after 2-3 hours of back and forth, there was some warm water in the taps, but in the morning again no hot water to shower. Informed Mr. (another person incharge) who in the end yelled at me and told me to what I want, as he manages 70 properties and can't help me anymore.
