Review Of Blue Waters- Kundapur

Very spacious room. Toilet and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast with limited option was quite ok if not excellent. Front office staff was very polite. Room service was also good. Walking in the banks of backwaters was a good experience. I strongly recommend this property for a family stay.

One of the best hotel with great service , very good view and great , clean and spacious room. I would recommend to everyone.

The location was perfect right next to the backwaters. View of the backwater, with birds flying around and fishermen in their boat welcome you to this place. Check in was smooth and luckily for us, they allowed early checkin since we reached early morning in the bus, but with a condition of 24hour checkout which worked out well for us. This may not be a general case always. Breakfast was delicious with most common South Indian breakfast items like idly, vada, Upma, and dosa available with eggs to order. Room was spacious and comfortable with nice balcony view of the backwater

The river view rooms are spacious and it's quite peaceful. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of items. The in room dining options are good as well.

It's a very good location. But the swimming pool is very much dirty. Property has to maintain cleanliness of pool. Other wise rest all things are good

I was having 2 thoughts on this resort, but those thoughts got vanished away when i visited blue water resort. It was really a pleasant experience, all staffs are very friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. We really loved the complimentary breakfast it was very delicious and we had ordered palak panner with chapati it was lip snacking. We celebrated our kid birthday also and they supported by playing the birthday song it was unexpected, they really made it to turn fantastic memory. Additionally it is near to new kundapur bus stand so if you are coming by bus you have ample of buses here and autos too. So food - 5/5 ambience - 5/5 staff - 5/5 facilities 5/5 atmosphere - 5/5 travel convenience - 5/5 recommend - definitely

Overall d stay was good. Food excellent, service excellent, room size & cleanliness fantastic. The only drawback is not much things to do. All in all relaxing holiday.

The rooms are very huge and nice but it feels and smells a bit old and might be better if some renovations were done.

The property is excellently located. It’s midway between Murudeshwar and Udupi/ Mangalore. The rooms are huge, loaded with amenities. The staff are amazing in hospitality, special mention for Lakshman who took care and interest to support my kids food!! The other staff are equally friendly and polite. Food from the restaurant was also very tasty and fulfilling!

It was a good experience, in my opinion the location of the property is great. I missed the balcony in the room however the rooms were spacious.

Decent property & helpful staff, located near the back waters. Has a good in-house restaurant and clean pool.

Rooms are average and restaurant ac is not working. Cockroaches are found in room and room lights were not working and it’s been changed after we informed

It’s always a pleasure to stay at blue waters. Reminds me of my stay during childhood with my grandparents. The azure blue waters view is classic. The food is amazing though the breakfast can have some variety. The rooms are spacious. The heat was a lot and ac in working condition provided great respite. All in all a wonderful holiday with courteous staff.

A well maintained beautiful property with well mannered and service oriented staff. Food is excellent and sufficient. Highly recommended for families with kids. Peaceful ambiance and not far from the main road.
