Super Hotel O Sushma Lodge

the place is trash, staffs are helpless themselves and the two hour early check-in is denied at the hotel. they asked to pay. the room is super dirty and so smelly. bathroom was somewhat clean but horrible smell. No room service, no cleaning staff of 3 days. No kitchenettes no water no nothing. Everything was unhygienic and uncomfortable.contacted mmt for help but they said the hotel is under OYO so they cannot help with anything.

No television, bad tap of bathroom. Also bad smell of rooms and corridor.service was ok.

horrible experience.dirty rooms.I had not slept a night as the bath room was full of various worms and insects.no hot water.no service .tea served in thin paper dirty glasses.the bring lunch ir dinner in polythene pack without any plate or spoon. THE WORST OYO ROOM SEEN SO FAR IN THIS COUNTRY

The toilet is not functioning properly, untidy bed sheets and pillows, the electricity was very irregular and on top of that room prices are very high. It doesn't even deserve one star.

Strictly adheres to 12 noon check in & 11 a. M. Check out policy. Reluctant to switch on ac. Bedsheet had stains & towel torn. Location is good, 10 min walk from mitt gate 1 no dine in facilities

The location of the hotel was not as mentioned in google. It was showing 1. 8 km for tap-mi college whereas i had to travel about 5-6 km by taxi. Not justified.

Location is an advantage if you are looking for a stay close to kasturba hospital, as the vicinity is an advantage to take tokens for hospital opd. First experience left a bad impression as the hotel was not well kept and ambiance lacking. On checkin, found that the room smelt of fungal or mildew. Upon asking the hotel staff their explanation was that the room was closed after sanitation and hence the smell. They then applied room freshner that worked for half an hour. Night time experience was even bad due to the powercut and the fans and light didn't work. The backup power via the generator was restored after more than 3 hours. Guess the staff were sleeping. . Morning, to our dismay noticed that there was no running hot water on a cold rainy morning. The staff was helpful to give us hot water in buckets. We didn't want to take a risk on the quality of breakfast served, so we skipped it. Checked out early. On a positive note, the staff ware very service minded and helpful.

Worst Hotel, unhygienic, very dirty room, stinks, unclean bedspread, lots oh cockroaches and centipedes running around Toilets, it was very scary. far away place. No Restaurants. Not a single petty shop's around. after my stay, my recommendation is, Please don't STAY AT ALL a 3rd rated hotel.

Overs-all a good stay in lower budget

We booked the OYO Sushma Lodge with Room and breakfast included. The lodge does not provide breakfast. Secondly the WiFi did not work for the entire duration of the stay. Moreover there were lots of Lizards and mosquitoes in the lodge. Overall not satisfied.

They don't follow any safety norms no temperature check no sanitization local food at restaurant below hotel was good

Maintenance room good service good silent area. Behavior good room neat and clean.

One of the worst lodge, its old building metal things in the room has been rusted and room was very dirty not worth to stay at any time

Hotel is located 7 km away from Station. Bus stop is Eswaran Nagar. Located after Kasturiba hospital.
