It was overall a good experience, the price range i think is above average for the particular hotel , it can be of range around 3500 not more than that , but a nice cozy stay , the staff is very nice too

Terrible Stay
Horrible stay experience, AC of rooms are not working and staff are not having any solutions. Entire night I was unable to sleep. Restaurant also not up to the mark and food taste is average.

Poor Stay
I was asked for the emergency medicine, I was told to order it from apollo and the receptionist put down the calls. Next day very slow water, almost no water in bathroom in morning for 3 hours. Average hotel with over priced
Average hotel... very limited menu.... its over priced as per the amenities. Location is good. Room charge of Rs 4000 is not worth it.

Good Location & No shower in Bathroom
I would rate the stay as average. Details are as below : Pros : 1. Property was well maintained and clean. Rooms were maintained and clean too. 2. Breakfast was good and restaurant neat and clean as well. 3. Location is nice as well. Cons: 1. They do not provide any toiletries in Room. You need to ask for every thing Dental Kit, Shaving Kit, Comb, Moisturizers, Slippers. Everything is available upon call. This is little annoying. 2. No Shower available in bathroom. They expect you to Bath with hand held Faucet/shower. This is a sheer joke.

Room was smelling bad. Sanitaryware was not working properly. Poor experience as per price paid for the room

As per the price range the rooms are not upto the mark, service is good but could have been better. Overall a good experience but the name ‘bloom’ stands more at a hype to what is being delivered.
