The Stay is not at all neat, the bed sheets are having cogrette holes, the towels are torn, the walls are having marks, the bathroom is reeking if foul smell, i would never suggest anyone to book here

Worst experience with Deluxe room
Booked a deluxe room fpr 3 days after going through with the reviews ended up in a horrible experience for 1st day. The so-called Deluxe Room The maintenance and cleanliness were extremely poor — the beds were in unhygienic condition, and the room smelled unpleasant. The bathroom had a strong smoke odor, making it very uncomfortable to use. On top of that, the spring mattress was terrible and caused severe back pain the next morning. After complaining, we were finally shifted to a Deluxe Room with a balcony with 300rs/ day extra charge, but the initial experience was so disappointing that it ruined our stay. The management really needs to improve room hygiene, maintenance, and guest comfort. The behaviour of staff were also very rude.

Poor Stay
The room is not as shown in the pictures. The room is not properly clean. No slippers. Bedsheets and pillows are not clean.

Hotel location is very convenient. However Bathroom plumbings need to be maintained better and deep cleaning done

Terrible Stay
It was a very bad experience, The room was very dirty. A very crystal clear cleanliness is not expected from a budget hotel but the room was actually missing basic cleaning. Noodles on the wall, hairs on the bed and pillow, food crumbs on bed hidden below bedsheet. Not recommended at all

Average Stay
The hotel is just opposite to Kailash Hospital. For patient family it is excellent location. Rest the hotel does not have lift so it is allright upto 1st or max 2nd floor. Reception is tiny, expect almost NIL service.

Average Stay
The room was neat but the walls were not Clean enough and water was Clogged in the Washroom . In Breakfast , Served Pre Decided meal and if one needs to have more , Staff Responded to Pay for that and In the Morning I enquired for Towel which was not Provided in the Room . Overall the area was Good and The Room stay was average and the staff Behaviour and Response was below average

rooms are too small...poor service location is good...they are charging more for balcony rooms but it is useless

worst experience of stay. never recommended. Don't go for the ratings. Never pay in advance . They gave me the worst room it was literally horrible. Attitude of staff is like giving shit to the services as they have received the payment in advance so least bothered. used bedsheet. smell of smoking in the room.
