Review Of Bison Retreat Pench

We visited and stayed at Bison Retreat Pench resort and we found they provided RO water instead of Bislery/ Kinley as we asked for the water bottle the staff says it will chargeable. AC was not working properly. Main issue is the door lock was not working properly, when I locked the door using keys it seems to be locked but the door was not locked from outside. As for security prospective there is no secured locking system, we asked for the room change the staff/ manager denied and says they are fully occupied for the day. Very poor service for room safety. Although the food was very awesome I appreciate for food which they provided and the restaurant staff was very humble and friendly.

Ac not working neither intercom . Have to go to reception for everything. There were 2lizards in room Ac wasn’t working neither the intercoms no toiletries given. They don’t have cycle neither and proper garden or sports Food is good

There is no room service, they have dedicated restaurant with good food, staff is polite. Only concern is network issue , no Airtel, only JIO is working.

Very well maintained and managed property.If you are planning Pench near Rukhad Gate ...you must stay here for better comfort and hospitality

Dear Bison Hotel Team, I would like to share feedback on our recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations due to the following concerns: 1. Ambience & Hospitality: The overall ambience was not welcoming. There was no greeting upon arrival, and no welcome drink was offered. 2. Room & Washroom Maintenance: The washroom in our room had broken tiles, which was disappointing. Proper upkeep is essential for guest comfort. 3. Dining Experience: The dining area was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to enjoy our meals. Additionally, after dinner at room, there was no staff available to clear leftover food, which was later eaten by an unknown animal. 4. Safari Experience: After the evening jungle safari, no refreshments were provided. Furthermore, the corridor lights were not switched on, making it difficult to navigate safely. I hope you take this feedback constructively and address these issues to enhance the guest experience. Looking forward to seeing improvements in the future.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the private balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while soaking in the serene surroundings. The decor was tasteful and modern, creating a soothing ambiance that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Although there was no pool, the alternative recreational options and the well-maintained outdoor spaces more than made up for it. Dining options were diverse, with each restaurant serving delicious, well-prepared meals. The breakfast buffet featured an impressive selection, catering to various dietary preferences. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and friendliness were truly remarkable. They were always available to assist with any requests, enhancing the overall experience. I would highly recommend Bison Retreat for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway.

Enjoyed stay and food at resort while returning home from Prayagraj Maha Kumba Mela. Great time to visit and next time for jungle safari at Tadoba.

It was a great experience at your resort, tottaly nature vibes and a warm and pleasant feel of nature, although i would insist you to put a full size mirror in the room it would be feasible i feel if not everything was greatt food was great especially the parathas! total 5/5.

Except the location everything else was below standard. Room s condition was poorly maintained. The duty manager at night was rude while the morning staff was well mannered. The rook had torn mats, stained sheets with strands of hair.

Not good to stay, poor service, very bad experience, no tv, poor food quality, road noise. Not recommended

Though the resort is nestled amid-st beautiful nature, the rooms are clean and tidy, there's a major problem with the network. There's no network, not any room service available. Even for water, you need to walk up to the reception. The food was average and quantity was minimal in accordance with the price.

It’s a pleasant stay if someone wants to relax food is ok all safari gates are close by the service person are good.

The cottages were very comfortable and clean. We had hot water supply, clean bedding and comfortable mattresses in the room. The food in the restaurant was great. Special mention for the manager, mr anil for his kind hospitality and the chef naveen kumar for the very tasty food. We would definitely visit again.

Location, food is excellent. Due to morning safari timings, at-least give time upto 1. 00 pm for chek out. Near about 11. 45 we came back from safari. May charge extra per hour for tourist convenience. Noon safari timings is 3. 00 pm. Also provide room service on weekdays also. First resort i had seen that is not providing room service on weekdays means saturday and sunday. These are the two main days kindly note.

I had a great stay at this place. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, making it an excellent place to relax. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!
