Review Of BIRD SONG HOME

I recently stayed at Birdsong Homestay in Mirik and, unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The property has potential, but the service standards need major improvement. There was a lack of sufficient staff, and those present seemed untrained to handle guest needs effectively. The room I stayed in had issues with the electrical system, which was inconvenient. Food service was not well managed, and the quality did not match the price charged. There was no manager available on-site to look after the property or address guest concerns. Though the staff tried hard to cover up these shortcomings with their effort, the overall service was unsatisfactory. In my opinion, the price being charged does not justify the current level of service and property condition. I would not recommend paying this much unless improvements are made.

Location is off beat and away from mirik town but if you are looking for peaceful and comfortable stay go for it. Property is beautiful and has mountain views and beautiful flowers, play house and much more, food was delicious and was provided at the accommodation

The stay was amazing. It was located in the midst of a forest and certainly true to its name it was a birdsong view. Would definitely visit again. Cannot get over the stay.

Excellent rooms, amazing view, average service from amateur staff. But that's expected in a home stay set up. It's not a hotel. But the room, decor and the views are simply breathtaking

Birdsong home stay is the best homestay in the region of north east west bengal. Staff were very cooperative, rooms were well maintained and highly spacious.

We went to mirik in the month of may. We had booked two suites at bird song home on recommendation made by one of our friends. I must say it is one of the best places to unwind and relax. We booked two suites but the manager was very understanding and upgraded us to one huge suite on arrival as my mother had a knee problem and our booking room required her to go further downhill. It was an amazing property with breathtaking views and aura at night also. Would highly recommend.

The place is ill maintained and unkempt. The staff was rude and did not understand h of hospitality. At least two of them got drunk at night and were sleeping passed out on tables in common area. There was no running water in taps from night until next morning.

the place as the name suggests is a natural habitat.. the lush greens and a variety of flowers makes one’s day.. loved my stay!❤️

Very unique and pleasant homestay

The location is very good. The room that we got had excellent view. The staff were very polite and service was great. The rooms are very pretty. Overall a good experience.
