No wifi in room, No e-bike, no welcome drinks, no happy hours drink options.. totally faking resort experience and expectations. Front office people don’t know how to deal with customers. Parking is in an outside compound with stray dogs. Double room is fitted with another bed to have feel of suite or family room. Overall I had an average hotel experience

The property was wonderful, nicely maintained with great amenities like cycles, basketball, a bonfire. There was a slight delay for the check in. The staff and room service people were really responsive and quick. The pool could be better maintained though. But the food and the management there was pathetic. The biggest letdown was the quality, service and food options. They denied me room service for dinner, and I could see them delivering food to other rooms. If the food was any good and service was nice, this would have been a perfect place to stay and recommend, the rooms were spacious as well. But please work on the food part!

Worst experience ever, a room offered with no Bathroom light. No offering of toiletries. Small room. Extra poor feedback on their restaurant. Such poor quality food and dal and curry. Also, breakfast starts at 8.30 so that no body can have their breakfast and their money would be saved (usually in Chikkamagaluru u go to morning trip next day to mulyanagiri after the first day stay.

Extremely poor service. i had to keep calling reception for basic services. Very bad food. Taste and menu was like a sub standard resort. Parking was not too convenient. i had to get down from my car and open the gates at night Overall...it was a very bad experience. i wouldnt recommend this to anyone nor would i ever visit theplace again

Stay was good in the cottage. staffs are helpful. but they should really improve their breakfast item. very less option. foods are not tasty. apart from this restaurant food is good, reasonable price.

Rooms are ok. Restaurant is pathetic. It took 1hr to get the dinner after ordering in the restaurant,while there is no crowd

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff is courteous and gives good service. The management auto upgrade my room to give us good experience which i appreciate.

Property was spacious. The bonfire was very loud and we couldn't sleep because of the music as it was right next to our room.

Room was good but no proper management, food quality is good but you have to order at-least one hour before. No tea or coffee, you have to depend whatever provided in room. Breakfast time should be 7. 30 am as many people have to go for day trip

Room condition is OK. restaurant has average selection and selective room service. waiting period is about an hour to get the food. vegetarians like me will have issues with food at restaurant at resort

Rooms are near and clean. Room size is also big. It's in a perfect location to travel to other tourist places. Restaurant is not good. Only 2 people managing the entire restaurant and there is no one to clean. Didn't have much amenities to call as luxury resort.

The resort was very beautiful and the staffs were very kind and cooperative. They made us feel like home, everything was perfect no complains at all, and it is worth the visit and i got a best deal in mmt. Food was also very delicious and breakfast they served was awesome with so many varieties. Overall excellent resort i must say.

Stayed for 2 nights. They have no provision for dinner. They dont make any alternate arrangement also. Once you checkin, they will confirm if the full payement is done. After that, they won't bother about you. Ac and tv remotes donot have batteries. You have to follow multiple times to rectify the same. Water supply is erratic. Difficult to sleep in the night as partying is on for other groups till 3 in the night. Except, couple of staff, others are bothered about the customers

The stay was great with a lot of fun activities like cycling, camp fire. Rooms were also good.

Room service is not good

I visited on a long weekend. Rooms and food were very good. Cafeteria service is too much delayed for lunch and dinner. Staff shortage due to festival affected cafeteria services. Rest all good. Swimming pool could have kept in a better condition.

I recently stayed at this resort, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious,clean and comfortable, and the amenities were good with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious with variety. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice stay and very good privacy swimming pool, but only disadvantage is food taste, but price is reasonable
