As I mentioned above it's an average stay Firstly they don't have any king size beds and the beds they have are not very comfortable plus we stayed in their L2 room in which network issues are there Plus we booked a room where the breakfast is included but they didn't serve it for the two days.

The accommodation is excellent, it includes from receiving, responsibility, alertness, security and complimentary breakfast.

1. Wifi signal is bad. 2. No free shuttle which is mentioned. 3. Terrace and balcony is closed. Otherwise, everything is good.

Service was good but no Balcony and TV provided with the price. If that will be provided then it would be an excellent hotel to stay.

Room was clean but mosquito are there inside room, tv was not there in the room.

The room was clean and good but there was a lack of ammenities like soap, water and food.

Room was good for stay in.... staffs are good... but no water purifier for drinking water... walking way distance from the station... over all this is nice for couples...

Mosquito problem go with your own hit to kill them bedsheet has some insect that bit while sleeping.

Stay was good. It would be good if we know booked room location in advance like level of floor especially for senior citizens. Tea facility may be provided in hotelas difficult to get a cup of tea early morning or late evening. No nearby shop available for tea. Hotel staff may be guided to respect privacy of travellers not sneak in or peeking into rooms

I myself along with my wife and two children stayed here for one day. Overall the stay was decent with no surprises, etc, a slight flexibility would have made our stay a perfect one with price and satisfaction, a 5-star one. Pros: 1) the biggest pro is the location. It is just 700 meters away from railway station. 2) the room we booked was with 3 beds, one attached bathroom. 3) the owner is well calculated and precise to the point. So no last minute surprises. 4) dominos next doors. 5) premises are kept neat and tidy. So we did not feel uncomfortable, though the property is a pretty old one. 6) staff is approachable, owner is pretty responsive. (but with their restrictions. Cons: 1) no hot water. But upon paying, we got couple of buckets of hot water from the helper boy. 2) this is a homestay. So do not expect the staff, owners with a hotel mindset. 3) no flexibility by staff or property owner. I asked if i can checkin at 5pm in the evening and check-out at 4pm next day. To which owner denied. I ended up paying for 2 days, as the check-in check-out time is 9am to 8am. 4) apart from dominos, there are no restaurants in the vicinity. So i managed over swiggy (bewary swiggy in puri is just not matured like that of bangalore or other-big cities. You will have to wait for a very longer while. And on top of that, you will have to go half-the-way to pick the food. 5) water is kept in a dispenser, and no water packaged drinking water is available. 6) price point: for the price i payed for two days, for staying from 5pm to 4pm, i could have stayed in a beach resort, if i was aware of the in-flexibility of the property owner.
