I When I reach on location, they said that there is no room available.

it's showing image and property is different, and cleaness is ok .but minimum providing things will not given in that property example towels, mineral watter bottle etc. family stay with low budject is ok ok but in other group of peoples I will not recommend this place

A budget home stay for a family stay. Located about 13 Kms from the city centre. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The only issue was there was no Hot water facility ,however if you ask Mr Ben he will arrange and provide us the same. Breakfast was not that exceptional , basic home food will be provided. kids will enjoy with ducks and dogs around . Ample space available for car parking with surrounding garden.

I recently stayed at ben's villa home stay in kannur and had a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a warm atmosphere.

The host was very kind and the stay is amazing in the midst of nature, enjoyed staying there and its best for longer duration too

location finding difficult & room is not upto the mark also no hot water & no towels in room cleaness is ok but location finding very difficult some inside place

One and only! super! one of the best homestay with all the amneties. Extra neat and tidy room and bathroom! villa is about 10km from downtown kannur and its very convenient for everyone who loves greenery. Spacious rooms! host is very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for budget room.

I booked this homestay 5 days before, after i paid am contact them and confirm our rooms on 1st floor. When i reached there they have no idea about this make my trip booking ! they saying one family can stay in 1 st house and other should be on the outhouse! the reason was previously booked members are not vacate on their date. If u are not villing u can refund your amount or will check for new stay ! it hc nice rooms and ambience but the dealing and communication is very very poor for us. ! if anyone book this homestay through make my trip pols confirm and record voice otherwise they will make sad. It was our experience. .

5. Homely, kind, good breakfast, excellent tea, clean room, quiet neighborhood. Scope for improvement:a mirror in the bathroom would be good, shower curtain is needed, hot water for bath in the bathroom would be appreciated and the drain needs to be checked, it doesn't drain very well. Positives:hot water was given in a bucket upon asking, smiling and welcoming Peaceful sleep. Value for money!
