Staff and hospitality was great somehow the early check in is applicable if it’s more than 6 hours and heater is chargeable

coupleOverall, a very average stay. Not great. The property is good. Location is very good. Food is okish. (saw the breakfast buffet and ate outside) amenities are there some games. Service is good. Hygiene of room and food is not good. Stains on sofa, bedsheets, dirty kettle. Charged 500rs for a heater.

Good Stay
Rooms were spacious and very neat and clean. Balcony had quite a good view of mountains. Only missing thing probably was heater in room. With this calibar of resort guest expects heater as basic room amenities instead of additional charges.

familyLocation is awesome as it located in jungle but at same time, they need to think about nature also by planting 10 folded plants in comparison to trees cut down while built up this resort stay was awesome, but food was average break fast was served in room with limited varites

Resort is very beautiful but location is a little far away from main road. Valley view from room balcony is mesmerizing. Food quality is not good.

Pleasant Stay with family
familyThe hotel location is very good.Its situated at height therefore we had beautiful mountain views.Also 3-4 kms from Mall Road. Hotel is also very clean and food is hygienic and yummy.

Average Stay
View from the rooms are amazing 🤩 accessing to the location was bit challenging, as there was some road construction. Cleanliness of room needs improvement, as the bed pillows were not upto the mark. toiletries like hand wash was not available and the quality of towel was not great. food needs improvement as the spice and salt were on the lower side and oil was more. We ordered noodles and later realised that the noodles were swimming in the oil overall it's a pleasant stay, just the above one needs improvements

If you are looking for a budget resort, bd resort is one of the best resorts to stay in manali. Situated outside of the main manali area in kanyal road in simsa area, it is a little uphill for the main road accessible by car pro - scenic view from rooms beautiful rooms and balcony foods served are all delicious cons- service is slow cleanliness of bed sheets

Stay is good but food quality is poor it’s harm to your health.
Stay is good but food is not good. In trip of 6-7 days food is repeated every day. In first day in food i just found fly. Too bad experience in food. Overall stay service is good. Hotel have to provide heater in room.
